If i could give more than 5* i would.
The level of customer service is excellent. During the pandemic we were due our normal monthly delivery. Sadly they had run out of our item and i roughly know when it is due, i phoned the team and they apologised straight away and promised that as soon as the item was back in stock they would send it to us straight away. A couple of days later our item arrived as promised. If only all companies had the level of customer care that Primal Living has.

Any problems with auto orders! Keep customers informed
I only understood that I woudn't be receiving my auto delivery of Probiotics
and surprisingly will have to keep checking with you to find out if you have
it back in stock!! last evening when I rang to say my card had been cloned and I was calling to give a new card no. and to ask that it would be connected to my previous orders, I was informed I will have to ring in and give details as you had a problem with your computors, I tried this the next day and my call wasn't answered, so I gave up and re-registered, as I have unused points on my previous orders I would appreciate confirmation that this is noted,and any information re; Probiotics Do I go elsewhere to buy them?
