A Good Buy.
I ordered Magnesium tablets and the parcel arrived promptly. The tablets were packaged securely with minimum wastage. I’ve been taking the tablets for almost a week and I think it’s too early to comment in depth but I’m definitely sleeping well. So far, so good.

Think twice before purchasing bedding from this company
Think twice before purchasing bedding from this company. I purchased two sets of bamboo bedding, they were advertised as silky smooth. When I received the bedding they had a lovely silk like feeling to them. I washed the bedding as it’s always advised to wash before using and given covid is still around washing the items before using them would be advised. I followed all the washing instructions, delicate wash, no fabric softener, line dried the bedding and much to my surprise the lovely silky texture was gone, it still has a slight sheen to them but the texture completely changed so was no longer silky smooth as the bedding was advertised.
I then contacted customer services and told them about the issue with the bedding and they didn’t want to know nor cared. I was told because the bedding was washed I could no longer return the items which is ridiculous. Who uses new bedding without first washing them? I did not expect the quality of the bedding to decline after it’s initial wash. I could understand if washing the bedding weekly after several months the quality degrading but after it’s first wash? It’s absolute ridiculous. The bedding was not cheap. Every other bamboo bedding company states if you’re not happy with the quality of their bedding you can return the bedding for a refund as they stand by the goods they sell but this company does not. How can they claim the bedding is silky smooth and show pictures of their bedding as silky but in its first wash not look and feel anything like what’s being advertised.
I told them several times the quality is not satisfactory given this was the initial wash but they weren’t interested. I have not even used the bedding and am now left with bedding I will not be using. All they keep saying is bedding is excluded from their 30 day money back guarantee. So basically once you purchased the bedding you’re screwed the moment you open the items no matter if the quality degrades on the first day and you should use bedding that’s not been washed.
Please think twice before purchasing bedding from this company because the quality is extremely poor and the company has no interest after it’s sold the bedding. I will never shop with this company again and will look elsewhere for my bamboo bedding and use companies that actually stand by their items by offering refunds if you are not happy with the bedding. I would rather pay more for bedding with companies who care about customer satisfaction than purchase from a company who has no interest once the items are sold.
