I ordered the briefs and they're extremely nice, they're comfortable and breathable.

Have bought several items from their online shop and amazon and items always arrived on time. The boxers specifically are my favorite.

Love the horse hair toothbrush! Great for my sensitive teeth while still getting a nice clean feeling. The shipping is fast and reliable. My boyfriend loves the 100% cotton boxers, very breathable and lightweight.

I’ve ordered from them on their website and on Tiktok Shop. On both instances, their products would always be shipped and arrive at my doorsteps within a week. Their Horsehair toothbrushes are perfect due to the softer feel they provide while also not using any plastic components.

placed an order for tooth brushes and boxers 6 weeks ago.
sent an email asking where my order was, Lauryn replied (July 3rd) the boxers are on pre-order, they haven't sent the order yet but was no communication.
I asked her to send the tooth brushes now and the boxers later.(was confirmed)
yesterday (July 11th) asked Lauryn again where the order for the tooth brushes was, her reply was that the tooth brushes went out of stock but again was no communication at all.
I have cancelled the orders

I’ve had a fantastic experience with PRIMALS. Their products are high quality, customer service is responsive and helpful, and I love their focus on supporting a cleaner, more toxin-conscious home. The products have become part of my daily routine, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for simple, healthier home upgrades.

Ordered a month ago and nothing sent yet. They promise next day delivery. Also I have emailed serval times and no reply at all.

Tooth brushed took two weeks to come. They are also very poor quality. One month later they took money out of my account without my permission and sent me another order. I never signed up to a subscription. The company is a scam

Very difficult to try and get answers out of this company not surprised giving the scores from everybody else do you suffer favour guys and go with someone different they haven't answered my experience the shop app is absolutely disgraceful they don't help either go with someone else that's plenty of companies that do the same thing... AVOID...😳😳

Ordered a couple of toothbrushes, then got carried away in a couple of “deals”, ended up ordering a package of €80, which when I look back at it wasn’t such a good deal at all. But the worst thing is, it was over a month ago and the package still hasn’t arrived. Sent 3 e-mails allready but they don’t answer. Wrote a negative review but they hide it, which gives me the impression they write their (all 5 star) reviews themselves.

They put the wrong amount on the customs bill so that was bill was HUGE!! And even having to pay vat / customs is terrible. And customer service never answers so cannot cancel your subscription!

Primals does not post low reviews. I gave 1 star review and it never posted. Reason: Toothbrush is sooo hard and worsens / can cause tooth sensitivity. I use it as a tongue scraper only. I contacted company but no response. Beware of companies that can't take honest, negative reviews to distort consumer perception!
