I ordered and paid more for a Linden Sweden Original Jonas Vegetable Peeler through Primekitchen. The product arrived but is not an original - the peeler is not branded and it’s come in a plastic box with Aniso on it.
I’ve asked for a full refund including postage as it appears they’re selling things not as advertised.
I am happy to return the item but want reassurance they will refund me fully as other reviewers suggest the company is not very responsive.

I ordered 22-8-2026 (11.30 am) for £52.81, my card was charged with no problem: £ out of my bank account. Then next email from shopify email 13.30 pm same day: "Your order has been canceled.
Order #PKU39941327 was canceled at your request and your payment has not yet been refunded."
I contacted them 3 x via email, & their contact page and NO REPLY< NO REFUND! are they a real shop???? Be warned!!!

Scammers. Made an order from this company on 21 June for delivery between 27 June and 2 July. I followed up on 2/7 as it hadn’t arrived and on 4/7 the vendor claimed that the good had just been dispatched. Goods still not delivered yet and I’ve sent mails requesting updates on 10th, 13th and 17th July which they have not responded to.

I’ve issued a chargeback request for my goods. I wouldn’t touch them with a bargepole again.
