J’attends ma commande depuis mnt 2 semaines. J’essaye de la tracker mais impossible. De plus, on ne me répond pas. Je me demande si mon pull va vraiment arriver.

I ordered my cargos a week ago checked where they were havnt even been packaged yet and I don’t know if I want to see if the cargos are real and would have wasted 120 quid on them. I want a refund before they get shipped so I know I can get some real ones. When u see this can u email me so I can get a refund before they are packaged

I grabbed a Stussy Tshirt, and it's been a solid addition to my wardrobe. Seriously good quality. Also, thanks to Isabella who helped me out. They were on it when I had questions. Good stuff!

Size is completely off how do I go about getting a refund ?

The package took a little while to arrive, but had good communications. Product was great. We returned part of it which was smooth, and a very swift refund

i had a order and i didn’t want it anymore so i contacted and professionally cancelled order and told me when the refund will come through and helped me step by step.

Top quality customer service, made sure as soon as i had a question or problem, i was helped in mere minutes, would shop again :)

Shipping with some delay because of availability, but all the time in contact with the company, they always inform about the process. They really care about their customers.

Prime Streetwear has a big selection of rare and hot releases that are hard to find. The shipping to Canada was also pretty quick considering it was International. Their customer service team was very helpful and were also super pleasant, professional and friendly when I reached out to them with a question. The prices are more than fair in my opinion - and you can’t beat free shipping!! Thanks for a pleasant and enjoyable purchase. Can’t wait to order again. All the best. :)

t-shirt en parfait état avec étiquette et emballage d'origine cependant il m'a été compliqué de trouver où mettre le code de suivis car il n'était pas indiqué pour quel plateforme il était destiné et je n'ai pas eu de réponses quand j'ai demandé, à part ça je suis 100% satisfait de mon achat.

No Auftragszeichen oder Mitteilungen des Unternehmens
Am 5. September bestellt und immer noch keine Spur vom Artikel. Ich habe eine Sendungsverfolgungsnummer von Royal Mail erhalten und dachte, das sei echt, aber jetzt heißt es, dass kein Artikel eingegangen ist.

Ich habe das Unternehmen kontaktiert und eine Mitteilung erhalten, dass der Artikel aus China verschickt wurde, was ich seltsam fand, als das Unternehmen behauptete, den Artikel erhalten zu haben und die Echtheit des Artikels zu überprüfen.

Ich habe mich in den letzten 2 Tagen gemeldet und wurde ignoriert. Daher habe ich einen Streit mit PayPal angeregt, da es keine andere Möglichkeit gab.

Meiner Erfahrung nach empfehle ich, diese Seite nicht zu nutzen.

Der Artikel ist endlich angekommen. Totale Fälschung, 60 Pfund den Bach runter 👍 Schade, dass ich keine Fotos des Artikels anhängen kann, um alle zum Lachen zu bringen 😂

Update: Das Unternehmen hat mich wegen einer Rückerstattung kontaktiert, aber ich müsste den Artikel nach China zurückschicken, wofür die Kosten anfallen würden und außerdem 10 £ von der Rückerstattung abgezogen würden.

Ich beschloss, dies in die Hände von Paypal zu legen, dem es gelang, durch die Rücksendung des gefälschten Artikels eine vollständige Rückerstattung zu erhalten. Tip: Verwenden Sie PayPal, wenn Sie auf dieser Website bestellen, und bewahren Sie die gesamte Korrespondenz auf.

Bei der Bestellung hieß es 7-9 Tagen.

I haven’t received my item after 3 weeks.

Primestreetwear has asked for my review to be removed because it allegedly causes harm to their reputation. Basically it isn't selling low quality items shipped from China by a company that suggest to be trading from Switzerland that harms someone's reputation. I will exercise my right to keep my review on line to help people make informed choices and will not be intimidated to silence. I would like to ask Primestreetwear to provide evidence of the authenticity of the products they are selling on behalf of a reputable company like Stussy. If they can't do that maybe they can provide evidence of being an appointed agent or seller for Stussy. Garments sold as new should come with authenticity labels or a tracking number. I have kept the garment Primestreetwear tried to sell me and I am prepared to take it to a Stussy store and have it inspected for authenticity. Once again, I will not be intimidad or prevented to express my judgement on a purchase I made.

Almost 5 months after my review, Primestreatwear is asking for more details in the hope that I do not provide any so that my review gets cancelled.
Neither I nor PayPal has ever received any explanation or been contacted with regards to my order. I was lucky enough to receive full refund for an item shipped from China, squashed in a box with a label barely stitched to the collar. I can't believe they are still trading and scamming people.

I have now finally received the item from China ( 21 days). Bad quality and no tags from Stussy. The stitching is badly made and a Stussy tag barely stitched to the inside of the collar. The item was packed in two plastic bags and crammed into a small box. If anyone has ever bought genuine and authentic clothing from Stussy, they would know that they certainly do not look or even come packed like this. Just started a claim with PayPal.
