I regularly order from Princess Polly and I'm always delighted with the quality of the clothing.
Today my review is more directed at the website and its customer service.
I ordered a dress in UK size 10, which is the size recommended for this item and also the size I've always worn at Princess Polly.
The item turned out to be too small — I simply wanted to exchange it, but that was impossible. I had purchased another item in the same order that was on sale, and that discount ended up being cancelled. The return also costs £10, and the refund for an item priced at £69 will only be £37.
Not to mention that I had to reorder the dress in the right size, an order that will cost me €70. In the end, a dress originally priced at €69.96will have ended up costing me €98... This is unfortunately my last purchase on this site.

I made a order and received all items the next week in Spain, I returned some items and there was no issue really easy and just got the refund.
The quality is not the best but I think it’s ok for the price

Der gik en normal tid fra det blev sendt og til det kom.
Jeg tænker de har et lager over i USA da det blev sendt derovre fra, men det blev ikke taget i tolden.

Desværre gik min trøje i stykker efter at have brugt den to gange. Men super lækker trøje og sandaler.
