Postage costs have increased significantly in the last few months. Photo cropping was terrible on my phone. Used to love Printiki for price and ease but think I'll be going elsewhere

After seeing the mixed reviews I was a little apprehensive ordering from here but honestly the service was great. The images are of good quality and inexpensive too. They were received within a week. I got untracked delivery and found them through the letter box. Thanks Printiki!

I needed the pictures for a project and until a certain date. It said 3-5 days delivery and I ordered 3 weeks earlier. Pictures didn't get here after a week. Customer Service said he couldn't track them but would send a reprint. I thought the reprint was sent out immediately but I received a message that it was sent out 5 days later. By the time getting here it was too late. The quality of the pictures was ok.

Brilliant customer service. Ordered some prints vital for my wedding in just a few days (left it far too late), I had the cheek to personally email them asking if they could get those sent ASAP I'd be forever grateful, not expecting any kind of reply just trying my luck, Bjorn replied early Monday morning with an update very kindly and he didn't need to at all so very impressed I heard back.

Now I just need to hope the courier is as efficient as Printiki or I'm in trouble 😂

I ordered a book for Mother’s Day and still haven’t received it. I got an email on May 5th saying my order was shipped, but when I logged into my account it stated that the delivery date is unknown.

Update 5/28: when I ordered, there was a mention that it would take 5-10business days for shipping. 5/5, I received a note saying my order was shipped. 5/28, still have not received my order. Please refund

I just ordered a bunch of photos from here, not only did they come out exactly as I was hoping for, but they delivered SO quick - within 3 days!

I was a little nervous because the price seemed too good and the reviews were kind of all over the place but I had zero issues with this company and that's why I'm writing this review cause they deserve it.

I didn't pay for the faster shipping, just the standard. It says you don't get a tracking number but I did from the shipping carrier and it got to me in no time. I got the small and medium matte polaroid style prints with some customization on them (date and location printed on the bottom in different colors) and they turned out great. Colors came out just as they looked on the screen.

I'm going to be ordering more very soon!.

I ordered 12 polaroid-like prints from Printiki and they never arrived. It turns out UPS made a mistake and returned them thinking they had the wrong address. I emailed Printiki's customer service and they were kind, clear, and quick to reply. They gave me an immediate reprint and resent them to me at no additional cost. I got them just a few days later. I'm very happy with the quality of my pictures. I am sure I will use them again in the near future. Thanks for the great customer service and wonderful prints!

I really love these pictures they came out so nicely and they look really cute but kind of a big thing is that they cut off the bottom of every photo which I completely understand but I think they should let us arrange it so the part we want in the picture is in the picture. If you are ordering from them be aware of that my pictures from landscape mode all came out perfectly so I would recommend these as long as you keep this in mind! I also forgot to say that the price is definitely right they are very reasonable considering what you are getting!

Don't use them. Ever. Awful customer service. Garbage products too, cuts off half the photo. We ordered prints for a wedding, paid extra for shipping and they DID NOT ARRIVE for the time frame of shipping that we paid for. Customer service basically told us tough cookies and they didn't give a crap. So I disputed on my credit card, and now Printiki just keeps re-chargin me. News flash, Printiki, if you're reading this- THAT'S ILLEGAL. Will be taking action against this. Crooks.

Second order with this company and I have to say I am very impressed. It’s lovely to hold actual photos in your hands. So easy and quick and great quality. Good luck guys I hope you do well

I’ve placed two orders from Printiki now - the first order consisting of retro prints had a few scratches on them and after emailing them, they happily and swiftly sent out another pack of prints.

My most recent order was fault free - great quality retro prints.

I think this is a great company - quality prints, at a decent price and great customer service!

First time ordering from them, and the quality was amazing! For the price! You can get as much printed as you want, you get to design the size and everything, such an amazing place to order your photos from! Definitely recommend

Terrible customer service, obviously don't care about your custom in the future. Placed two orders at the same time and one has not arrived, they have tried to point fingers elsewhere but I only got a dispatch email after I complained to them, clearly forgot to send it, now told it will be here in 3-5 days.

I had previously written a review talking about how bad the customer service was and my experience with the customer service. At the end of the day, they told me I could receive a refund for my order. I decided to write a review about my experience so people would understand what I went through. They decided that until I delete my review, I will not be receiving a refund which is against my right of freedom of speech! This company is absurd and unprofessional. I would recommend to shop somewhere else! I refuse to delete my review and if that means no refund then so be it, but this needs to be heard! STAY AWAY!

Have never ordered photos online before but was delighted with the service I received. The photos came in a couple of days and were of a high quality. Will certainly use your services again.

I read all the bad reviews and the positive scattered inbetween but decided to place an order anyway and I was not disappointed. I ordered 80 retro prints, the communication was good, they arrived on time, good quality and great price! I have had a good experience with this company I will recommend to my friends and will certainly use them again.
