Loved every item in the shop but the staff made me feel extremely unconformable, from being looked up and down as I walked in by a non welcoming very un smiley face (which was clearly the prison in charge) as the other staff were friendly, to having my every move being watched as I walked around, perhaps because they made me feel so uneasy on my entry I may have looked 'suspicious' or 'not quite the clientele' that they wanted as I wasn't dressed in edgy expensive designer clothes? Who knows, all I can say is that it is a shame because the idea of the shop and all of the lovely things people have taken the time to make are a really great concept, I am sure you will still make plenty of money from your ideal clientele, but the rest of the world I am sure will feel the same as me. I think the upper levels of staff need training in customer service and customer relations, if I was the owner I would be extremely upset with my manager for creating such an environment.
