Incredible service- I had an issue with an order and they found the solution really quickly with great communications. They sell awesome products, supporting local artists, crafts people and producers.

Such a gorgeous array of beautiful and useful items in the Cabots Circus branch, plus really helpful, lovely staff. Can’t recommend this shop enough, love it!

What an amazing find in the middle a cluster of high streety shops. An excellent collection of products from many different makers. Have bought in person and online. Always mean to buy for other people but I just find things I don’t want to give away! Very efficient & friendly staff. Prior Is a ‘one of a kind’ sort of place. Just lovely.

Beautiful stall at Bath market - great customer service from the shop after ordering a very beautiful lamp and then later finding a lovely water bottle on the website.

I did some online Christmas gift shopping as I wanted to Shop Small as much as possible. All the products were fantastic quality and packaged securely with no plastic in sight. The website was well laid out with plenty of information on the maker and the products. Everyone lucky enough to get a gift from Prior was thrilled (including the cat). The whole ethos of Prior Shop is so inspiring & I will be visiting again soon.

I ordered online to collect in store, and my stuff was ready within an hour. Collection was quick and easy, and it was great to know I was supporting two local businesses through my order - a wonderful maker and an awesome non-profit shop.
