Sharks on Installation
These guys come to my house and install the TV below some on the machinery on the TV console. I am not at home and they then tell the helper 'the TV is good there' when she says its too low.
They refuse to adjust it and just leave. When I contact Prism+ they now want to charge me $100 to amend the TV location - these guys are meant to be professionals and install a TV so low. Professional crooks more like it.
Sub standard tv
Sub standard tv, indeed you pay what you get. I got this tv last May 2023 and is giving issues now- the tv screen has green lines hovering a quarter of my screen. Took multiple vids and sent to customer svc email add, claimed there is no receipt and sent whatsapp txt, also no response.

Delivery and Installation schedule NOT on time
Delivery and installation was scheduled for 30/12 between 4 to 8pm. Did not turned up at the time slot. Called their customer service hotline 3 times and received the same reply that they are contacting the delivery and installation team but could not get any reply from the team. No info of if they will be coming or when they will be coming. Very very bad services. Lack of responsibility.

On September 28th, your aircon tech team promptly arrived at the scheduled time to assess a noise issue with my unit. The tech lead's expertise (Jiang Hong) was evident as he quickly identified and resolved the fault after dismantling the unit. Since then, there has been no recurrence of the noise. I appreciate the professionalism and efficiency demonstrated by your team. Thank you for a job well done!
Customer service is pathetic / dishonest practices
Very good at promoting the products through influencers. Once their product stops working properly and you raise them, they will try to drag on the case for so long. Make excuses to make it look like its the customers fault. Will ask you to reset and do all the standard things customers would do anyways. They try to play out the warranty period. Won't fix the problem but try to drag out as much as possible to send down any solution. Really dishonest. Will be reporting this to CASE

Do so much influencer marketing to attract customers to pay and buy but fulfilment of orders are total crap.
Doing business just to hook customers to pay for a crappy experience from your brand? I can wait up till 2-3 months for someone to call back to arrange an installation schedule. Ridiculous.
I would have rather paid more to get a Toshiba or Daikin aircon if I know this is such a service I’m getting.
PRISM - WORST & MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Everything well WRONG!!!
I ordered the aircon from Prism and arranged pre-installation survey on 30 Aug. There was no message, e-mail etc for the actual appointment timing.
On the day, the technician came before 9am and I had to rush over. This survey main purpose is to add on additional installation charges as he brought along 2 pages of possible additional installation charges. I felt that Prism price looks attractive but such add-ons are dishonest business practice.
The next day I spoke to the customer/technical service Aaron to address my concern on these additional charges but he is more interested to give me reason why they are charging than to listen to customer feedback.
At this point, I just want to get the aircon installed, so paid for the additional installation charges.
On my teleconversation with Aaron, I told him I'm not full-time in Singapore. We confirmed installation on 12 Sep. And again, no message, e-mail etc regarding this appointment.
On 12 Sep, as no one turned up, I called the customer service, only to be told installation is on 19 Sep, which I did not agree on. All the bedrooms are taped and at this point, 12 Sep 12.05pm, I am still not informed when they will do my installation.
Total nightmare!! Do not buy from this company, please. The mental anguish and frustration is just not worth it.
Worst Sales Service
worst sales call experience ever. Called in 3 weeks ago to enquire and purchase, the Sales person 1 said it is best to arrange a site visit and wait for a call next week. 1 week later, no call, so I called in to check on the status. Sales person 2 mention high demand so will arrange a call the coming week during lunch time 12pm. After another week of waiting, still no call. Today when I called in, Sales person 3 says high demand so not accepting site visit ask me just purchase straight.
Some existing customers (based on reviews) who purchased have been waiting for weeks for an update on installation.
Prism 65" QPro special edition useless TV
Prism 65" QPro special edition. Not a good buy disapointed wt the picture quality especially the Dolby vision which supposedly to have a clear bright n sharp picture but it turn out every dark Scean the black turn to maganta or red or maroon.
Their call centre is hopeless they won't sent service guy they ask u to tak a video of the prob n sent them even that they just tell u what to do they won't sent anyone to come n check. Now it's been a over a year with this TV and everytime I'm thinking of changing it to a better well known brand like Samsung or LG.
So please my advise is don't buy prism. They every time said sale ending soon but never end so don't trust prism
A Horrible Experience
I recently made an order for a system 3 Aircon from Prism+ and what followed was an absolute nightmare. After receiving an email confirming my order, I was informed that I would be contacted within 48 hours to schedule a site survey appointment and arrange for installation. Little did I know that this was the beginning of my frustration.
A week went by, and I heard nothing from Prism+. Feeling anxious and concerned, I made numerous attempts to contact them through their website, email, WhatsApp, and even phone calls. To my dismay, all I received were empty promises to wait patiently as they pushed my case to their aircon specialists, who assured me that I would be contacted the next day. However, each passing day brought disappointment as no one from Prism+ bothered to reach out.
To make matters worse, no site survey appointment has been arranged thus far. It seems that Prism+ excels only in marketing their products but utterly fails when it comes to fulfilling their promises and providing proper customer service.
This entire ordeal has left me feeling frustrated, ignored, and deeply dissatisfied with Prism+. Their lack of communication, broken promises, and inability to take action have made this an incredibly horrible experience. I would caution anyone considering doing business with Prism+ to think twice and avoid the disappointment I have endured.
In conclusion, Prism+ may excel in marketing, but their abysmal customer service and failure to follow through on commitments make them a company to steer clear of.

Rescheduled to Wednesday 11am to 3pm, and still they have not arrived.
Was told the latest they will arrive is 7-8pm. End up arrived at 5pm.
Do not accept orders more than you can handle.

Gaming Monitor with high HZ? Don't be silly la.
From what I see, those Low-End Monitors are priced reasonably. For High-End Monitor, for the same size and specs, I rather all off you spend $200 to $300 more and get Samsung or LG or any other brands specialized in Monitor. Even for a TV, after walking around Mustafa, I find that there are much more choices. Be it they said it is OLED or what, it's just that tiny little differences. Please google things like “Primsm+ Monitors not showing right HZ” and go to their troubleshooting page and check your Monitor to ensure that you are using the right cable. It's like my X315PRO with 165Hz running at 60HZ and my new PG400U PRO with 144Hz but running at 100Hz. I only use high-end Jap 4k cables, but I tried stating if I can pack nicely and change for something else, the answer is NO, they do not accept open goods, and since they got people to deliver, but they are 3rd parties that only delivers, and not fixing and install for us, what if you get a 49" monitor, I really think you will drop and kiss goodbye. And they are not afraid to sacred for any exchange or refund as you have opened it. Even when not opened, I tried changing it to other models with top up, answer was NO. I do not want to tell Grandmother Story here, but…. What happened next was disappointment.

I was gifted three Prism 27 inch monitors as a house warming pesent. They work great thus far.
From a price perspective it's the most cost-effective option in Singpaore.
