I recently underwent DNS (Deviated Nasal Septum) treatment through Pristyn Care under Dr. Shikhar Gupta, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.

From the beginning, the consultation felt rushed and lacked proper explanation about the procedure, risks, and expected recovery. I didn’t feel fully informed or confident going into the treatment. Post-surgery, the follow-up care was also disappointing. My concerns were not addressed properly, and communication was quite poor.

The recovery process has been more difficult than expected, and I haven’t seen the improvement that was initially promised. It feels like the overall approach was more focused on completing the procedure rather than ensuring patient comfort and proper care.

Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Dr. Shikhar Gupta for DNS treatment. I strongly suggest others seek detailed consultations, ask more questions, and consider multiple opinions before proceeding.

Hoping this helps others make a more informed decision.

Literally this was my first operation...i was curious as well as nervous..all time ..but the support provided by Abhishek bhai..from pritysn care team..solved my queries making me motivated..and treated me like elder brother....as well as arranged best urologist ...infact Dr Srikanth pai was soo kind hearted and gentle to me ...Pritysn care team was also there for me...they guided me throughout ...
I would recommend to everyone out there if you are opting for surgery u can contact pristyn care..one of the best so far ....

The very nice service , coordination with hospital,insurance, and very good knowledge of pre and post surgical procedures. Abhishek awasti guided me so well that all the process went smooth.

My Experience with Pristyncare was very Good. My Co-ordinator Abhisek Awasthi was very Helpful and he is very good at his work. He helped me a lot in solving my problems Post surgery.

We had a great experience with Pristyncare. Recently had a kidney stone removal operation, Doctor Srikanth is an experienced Urologist, explained us nicely about the surgery procedure before and after operation.
Our co-ordinaror with pristyn was Mr.Abhishek and he was very helpful throughout the process, guiding us through every step, taking care of doctors appointments as well as co-ordinating with hospital for reserving room and ot slots till the final billing process. There was always peace of mind as all the processes were managed by Pristyn. Would recommend this service to everyone who want hassle free medical treatment experience.

Poor pre surgery diagnosis. No face time with doctor. Scheduling surgeries without informing patient. Excessive billing and poor communications. Incorrect/ inadequate/ Non comprehensive discharge summary.

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

I strongly advise people to be cautious before choosing this service. They do not have their own hospital or in-house doctors and mainly act as coordinators. There are frequent follow-up calls only until hospital admission is done.

After the treatment, their support drops drastically. There was no proper assistance regarding patient progress, discharge process, or post-treatment surgeon consultations. Calls and messages after treatment were mostly unanswered, which was extremely frustrating during a critical time.

Additionally, I was asked to provide my PAN card and my CIBIL score was checked for an insurance-based treatment. The purpose of this was not clearly explained, which raised concerns for me as a patient.

Overall, the experience felt unreliable and poorly managed. I would recommend looking for more transparent and accountable healthcare providers.

I got my Hemorrhoids operation done through them, they referred me to a hopeless doctor called Dr. Ansari Sanna Ahmed, she was very kind while telling me the problem which i have and asked me to urgently get it operated. As was in terrible pain i believe her and send my documents to Prystine Care and they booked me to a hopeless hospital called Terna for laser surgery. Nor the doctor not any from Prystine representative told me or family what procedure that are going to do in the Operation Theatre and to our shock post operation doctor didn't even bother to check once if I was okay. When we checked the invoice they had sent approvel for 3 times the cost what was told to us. When we cross questioned they revised and send the documents to insurance. Post surgery no one bothered to check and for our I'll faye I caught rashes all over and they don't share doctors number to ask what medicine to take. All the reviews written on their website are paid ones, never ever take their service if you care for your body and money.

Very poor experience with Pristyn Care. Their representatives make false promises and don’t deliver what they commit. They fail to provide proper billing for reimbursement, and even after multiple complaints, there is no resolution. Extremely unprofessional and misleading service. Not recommended at all.

I reached out to Pristyn Care through a social media platform and requested an appointment with Dr. Trivikram Rao. His explanation and consultation were good, and based on that, I decided to go ahead with the surgery.

Later, I was contacted by a consultant named Nagaraju, who informed me that the total surgery cost would be approximately ₹85,000–₹90,000. I agreed to proceed and got admitted to the hospital.

The surgery went well, and the doctor’s treatment was good. However, the real problem started during discharge. The final bill given to me was ₹1,03,719, which was shocking because we had initially agreed on ₹85,000–₹90,000.

When I questioned the management, they responded very irresponsibly, saying “you should check with your consultant (Nagaraju)”. I then contacted Nagaraju, explained everything, and he said he would check with the management and get back to me.

After waiting for a day, he replied saying that the difference amount was deducted by the insurance company and that it would not be refunded, since I hadn’t paid it personally. His tone was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. After that, no one from the hospital management responded to my concerns or took responsibility.

Overall, it was a very bad experience with the management team. The doctor and surgery were fine, but the hospital’s handling of billing, communication, and patient respect was terrible.

🚫 My suggestion: Do not choose Pristyn Care Hospital. Be careful and choose a hospital that is transparent, professional, and truly cares about its patients.

I had a surgery named as circumseason and it went well, staff is appreciable specially Mr. Mohit singh who was cordinating it and did the same fabulously..

I recently went through Kidney stones removal surgery , I just love their coordination .Mr Abhishek Awasthi coordinated everything from insurance to discharge
I went to big hospitals and was concerned and anxious , they referred me to Amazing Urosurgeon Dr Srikant Pai who put me at ease at my first meeting with me .
Pristine Care ensured best treatment , seamless health insurance coordination ,I dint have to do anything on my own .
My Family was also at ease
In Fact I had big 18 mm stone in right kidney which was removed by RIRS and PCNL with just 1 cm cut and one stitch
Now my next kidney stones removal process of left kidney will be planned with pristine care only and I highly recommend Pristine Care .

Had a very disappointing experience with Pristyn Care. I was clearly assured that my insurance was approved for a minor surgery, and was admitted based on that. On the day of surgery, after hours of waiting without communication, I was suddenly informed that the insurance was actually rejected.

This caused unnecessary stress, a cancelled procedure, and a financial loss of around ₹15,000. Their hospital rep was evasive and unhelpful, and no proper explanation was given even after follow-up.

Extremely poor coordination and accountability. Would strongly advise others to double-check any claims made by the team, especially around insurance.

I went to visit Gynaecologist there, where she made me do unnecessary tests, and wasted my money despite me already having all the reports, then she said the same thing which a routine doctor will do.
Moreover I have never enquired about any Piles treatment and these people have been flooding my message box and WhatsApp for piles treatment, since last 8 months, I am tired of blocking them and when I asked the customer executive to delete my contact detail from their email list they started shouting on me, this is the reality of customer service, they are rude.
Four different customer service team person disconnect the call when I explained my problem instead of solving it.
they will behave as if you are beneath them and keep you waiting long hours even when doctors are clearly roaming around.
I have never experienced this level of harrasment from any business place before

Coordinators are not good and give no any response instantly. Just giving time and time... Bahut hi bakwas experience tha... Mai to itna bolunga ki ap medical line me itna attitude leke chalna acha nahi... Kisi din apka bhi ghar par koi bimar hoga tab apko esa karega coordinators log to apko kesa lagega....

Hi everyone I have done recent eye treatment with hell of pristyn care, I observed there was an froud happen to me by my coordinator from pristyn her name is tabassum Qureshi, she tool extra 2700 rs except my treatment charge .later I realised and checked details and found.

For that paid amount no bill I received from hospital and they told to check with your pristyn coordinator for bill.

When I ask her she denied to give that bill for what they took money from me.

I observed this is one of the big scam happening to me may be other also face this kind of issue .

I want my money back from pristyn.

They are after money
