Order 2 VPS servers for 1 year and after 1 day they just suspended them

In my opinion, this is a server hoster with a friendly team, wide range of servers and also good value for money.

So far, when I have had inquiries, I have always received helpful and also quick assistance.

Therefore, from my side, I can recommend the host. Of course, all this reflects only my own opinion.

Hosting is super cheap with great servers using ryzen 9 5950x and super quick. If you're looking for hosting I'd buy it from here.

Pretty bad, I ordered 2 economy VPS, and they showed pending for a long time, I created a ticket and they said they were out of stock, days later, I check client page and they are suspended without a reason? I didn't even got to try the VPS out?

Update: I created a ticket and they just said; "We can't do nothing, it's not our fault to check if the service was active or no", I mean, you didn't announced if they were on stock... Anyways, you may want to skip this hosting service. 🤦‍♂️

I love the hosting but you have to create a ticket to get the host because the payments are not automatic, i have paid the last month and the host has suspended, i have to open my server but the hosting dont give me my vps ....

Very good service, helped me out throughout my issues, a service got suspended, but after I contacted support they let me explain then issue was fixed!

What a most unpleasant experience...
Placed the order, it said it was on stock, payment done via paypal, invoice remained in due state.

Went to discord to seek some help, guess what?
3 days after the order and no information or news, I just was being ignored since the very beginning.

Asked for refund on my paypal.

Never... But never again...
This a personal advise, just stay way.

I ordered a DL-30 gen 10 with a 10gbps port, an almost $200 server. It was taking longer than expected to arrive so I emailed support asking when I could expect it to arrive. I got an email back from support saying that the server was out of stock and that I could either get another server or receive a refund, I chose to get a refund as there is no other server that costs as much as I paid.

A couple days later I tried to buy another server through them, this time DL-20 gen 10, and my card was declined, I checked my mobile banking app and I still have the $200 charge on my card and no refund. It has now been nearly 5 days and I still don’t have a refund, this has taken a long time and is truly ridiculous, as someone who works in e-commerce this is not acceptable. I have been left blind as to what is happening and the latest email I got was “ you have opened a dispute, just wait :)” nothing about what a dispute is, when I can expect a refund or where I can check the status, I will not be ordering from private-hosting again.

Will update when or if I get a refund.

Ho provato a hostare parecchi parecchi siti Web e su VPS differenti sempre di private hosting... ma non capivo il perchè avessero un ping tanto elevato e i miei siti mi restituivano sempre errore di Timeout, schermo bianco e nessuna immagine, allora ho chiesto all'assistenza mi hanno risposto che é "per colpa del nodo instabile in cui si trovava la VPS" hanno cambiato "Nodo" e non é cambiato assolutamente nulla!! Il Rimborso non me l'hanno nemmeno fatto e io ho preso uan fregatura galattica... non utlizzate private hosting ci sono hosting molto migliori e affidabili!! Terribile!
