Trying to say I violated terms of service with multiple accounts or sharing my account. When I only have one account. I've had absolutely no issue. until I started winning money and wanted to withdrawal my money. And now they're trying to screw me over. Hey cannot get no one human contact on the phone.

SidePrize LLC, also known as Performance Predictions LLC and doing business as PrizePicks, the provider of the mobile and web platform "PrizePicks," appears extremely untrustworthy and deceptive.

The company operates a mobile and web platform that allows users to place real-money predictions on sports projections, game projections, and "culture" projections, such as the price of Bitcoin or the weather in a specific city at a certain time.

Interface

Practices

Overall, the company appears deceptive in multiple areas, and I would strongly recommend staying away from it.

after using the steak game, which is all that is legal in my state, for 6 months it suddenly needed verification after a fight with verification app they closed my account offered an appeal with was denied with no explaination only vague terms of service with different part highlighted none of which fit me then they cut off communication because appeal is final

Prize Picks is a scam. I’ve had so many chances to winning but for some reason it’s always 0.5 short to a pick that I made, I honestly think someone is controlling the players during game time. Theirs no way I come up short on all my lineups and knowing they can get what they usually average. Players get taken out at the wrong times. Someone gotta look into this… I have noticed so much. Players not even trying most games or get taken out.

I've tried to withdraw my money sooo many times and they're saying there's an error. I'm sure I'll never get my money back so I'm hoping there's a class action lawsuit very SOON!!!!

I’m a 65 year old handicapped bedridden man and PrizePicks disabled my user withdrawal selection so I couldn’t take my money out they said there is an investigation into my identity it’s funny they have been taking my losing bets for a year and now that I research everything and started winning they find any reason to get you off of PrizePicks because they only want losers I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they still haven’t unlocked my account and they want me to go away but I will never go away this is the most shady non transparent betting app in the country I can’t believe they actually get away with keeping customers money so take your bets anywhere but PrizePicks it’s un American the way they treat people

They made it impossible for me to withdraw my money. This can't be legal! There has got to be a class action suit in place that will give people back their money who have been scammed. The worst gambling site I ever played

Disgusting predatory platform.
I downloaded because of the sign up bonus. I placed some bets and got incredibly lucky. I eventually withdrew 90$ after countless bugs and issues within the app. I also had a current bet going on and when I opened the app the next day my account was locked. I reached out to support and they were completely utterly useless. So in other words, I HAVE AN ACTIVE BET AND THEY LOCKED MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE I BEAT THE HOUSE. Honestly insane I can't believe this is even legal.

Attempted to withdrawal my money but continued to get error messages. When getting in contact with customer service they closed my account and kept my money. Said I was in violation and never violated and codes. PrizePicks is a SCAM!

I wish I could give zero stars..they are quick when it comes to making a deposit but hve system issues when u want to withdraw your money. I’ve been trying to withdraw for 2 days and my withdrawal is being denied. There is no customer service phone number and the chat person is no help. If I ever get my $40 withdrawal I am deleting this App for good

My customer service experience was HORRIBLE! It’s a bunch of AI responses and when I finally got an emailed response from Reylyn she was EXTREMELY unhelpful! I’m done with this company!

Horrible app no support or help just same responses then they disappear and leave the chat open. You win be ready for it to be issues locked out your account, can’t deposit make any plays haven’t got any help for days .

I never got pd on my winning line up, just a bunch of run around for 2 months, I bet 20 and won a total of 80, there customer service sucks, don't play this app....they are crooks and a scam.....thx again...and lesson learned, wow, im not alone, your reviews are in the tank, just read them.....

I got scammed out of 199$ and I don’t even have the app and have never had any association with PRIZEPICKS . I called to ask why they debited my account and got no help! The guy named “AR” was a smart a$$

Horrible had trouble withdrawing never did get my money and then when I tried to contact customer support, it was just always some kind of bullshit. They always wanted you to do one more thing one more thing one more thing and you could never talk to nobody in person or on the phone so I would never recommend it to anyone

Won about $400 and they told me it’d be 1-2 business days and it’s now been 4. I withdrew on Saturday and it’s been long past the window. They keep telling me it’ll be more days and that ACH has to approve it but it says it’s been approved on my back side already but I haven’t gotten my money yet. I just deleted the app and will NEVER use it again. Hope none of you do either to avoid this.

Wish I could give them zero stars! I bet a power play not an “arena play” nor does it say anything about arena play on the submit line up page. One of my players DNP so if I bet power play all of my bets had to hit for me to win. Well if one guy didn’t play a down I lost before the game ever started. All or nothing, not arena, not flex, POWER PLAY! I don’t like betting on maybe one or two of my bets winning I like betting all or nothing. So I won some money and my account was already verified when time came to redeem my money they let 48 hours pass and then they told me that I had to do verify my debit card and a debt. So I placed a bet a 1.00 its a culture bet for btcusd to be above 94,500 on Dec 1 2025 at 1:00est witch is 10:00 pacific time witch is my time zone they say my bet loss and won't pay me on this bet I won and won't refund my bet neither they say it loss it actually won I checked twenty diffrent trading sites they all show that btcusd was above 94,500 at pacific time witch is 1:00est I checked coinbase I checked trading view I checked money app that's just a few places they say they get real time from cf bench marks I looked there it shows same as all others I looked at my bet won all show some picks if trust pilot web site let's leave photos if so take a look at my pics of the price of btc above 94,500 at 1:00est prize picks refuses to pay me for that bet they say it loss I been a customer for years spent thousand betting and they can't even round my dollar bet or pay me the 1.14 that the bet was spised to pay perty pathetic I place a 1 dollar bet to win my dollar back and a extra14 cents they strait jacked a doller bet

I deleted the whole app. Does not like any company that you can’t speak with anyone about issues. Money was taking from my acct three times for the same amount. During my written contact with them they were responding until I mentioned money missing no one responded again. No explanation, No response, No nothing!! Not a good company to do business with! I just Deleted the whole app so I didn’t have to worry about any more money missing from my Acct. WARNING 😈
