Had my scan today and was a bit scared but Zakk put me at ease and explained the process to me and if I was uncomfortable to press the button he gave me.
All information given to me before hand was correct and accurate and my scan was prompt and no waiting around.
Zakk was very polite,professional and knowledgeable.

I received my appointment 24 hours after referral and the radiologist report was sent to my GP the day after .

Fantastic and prompt service.

The appointment was made a few days before and I was scanned spot on time.

Other people were leaving as I arrived and other were arriving just as I left. If only the NHS were this efficient.

The Report was issued by mid-day the following day (the scan was at 7.15pm !).
