5/5 Stars for their silver chains. Their lion claps are beautiful. But, 3/5 Stars for their service. Contacted via chat and they told me a product would be in stock on a specific date. I also signed up for their stock alerts, and received an email saying product would be back in stock within the week. That was two weeks ago and the product is still not in stock. Too bad, because I was only in the US for a month, leaving in a few days, and have been waiting a couple months to purchase that chain!

I’ve been a Proclamation Jewelry customer for nearly a decade. They are my go-to jeweler. Their pieces are true works of art: exquisite, perfectly crafted with very fine precision, and flawless. They also hold up. The rhodium plating they use is superior to other jewelers I’ve tried. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, their customer service is excellent. They are prompt, kind, understanding, and fair. I give these folks my highest recommendation. Oh, and lifetime warranty and maintenance doesn’t hurt. Buy with confidence.

Service was great, buying a big purchase online (especially jewelry) can be a little nerve wracking but there was communication throughout the process to help alleviate that. Good customer service goes a long way these days. Some businesses seem to forget that they wouldn't be in business if not for their customers and it's nice to deal with a company that values its customers.

Great craftsmanship at a good price

Stunning jelewry with exceptional customer service and selection. Pendants and religious jelewry usually dont have large connecting jump rings and I like the ability to put Proclamation Jewelry on thicker chains.

Great experience for purchasing a special pendant and chain. Everything is boxed and bagged very nicely, including a polishing cloth. This company is making heirloom quality pieces for gift giving to yourself or special loved ones.
