I spent 4-5 months researching online jewelry stores. During this same time, I also took a trip to the NYC Diamond District to see if I can find the perfect piece. While I was there, I asked several of the vendors if they heard of Proclamation Jewelry and to my surprise, they have heard of them. I finally settled on Proclamation Jewelry and I am so happy that I did. I ordered the 4mm Prism Cut Franco Chain, 14k Two-Tone Gold (24"), and it is absolutely stunning! I am extremely satisfied with my entire experience. They were responsive to my questions and patient with me while I was doing my research. I know it can be difficult to trust online retailers, especially when making large purchase decisions. I hope this review helps to put your mind at these. They are terrific!

Great experience and great communication. The craftsmanship of my spartan pendant is absolutely one of a kind. I don't know of any other company out there that is doing it like proclamation jewlry.

I ordered a sterling silver chain, it was a great experience from beginning to the end! It was easy to order and came in a beautiful box for gift giving. I’ve never had something I ordered come better looking than it looked on the internet, this chain is gorgeous and sturdy! So, my suggestion is buy from this company, you will not be disappointed! I received a damaged, flimsy box that was vandalized and the product stolen. I immediately reported this incident to customer service. I have sent pictures of the damaged box and a claim was placed. It’s been 5 days since the claim was placed and I have not received any notice or updates on a replacement. Meanwhile , the company has had my $$ for over two weeks. Each time I talk with a rep, I’m told the company will make this good but they will not share when it will be resolved.
I did eventually receive the product which is a quality piece of jewelry. The owner left me a voicemail apologizing for the delay and challenges which was very classy. I upgraded my rating to 3 stars. I just highly recommend to the company to improve the packaging which will help prevent their quality jewelry products from being stolen. Thanks Nick and Barb for making this right! The Celtic Cross is awesome!

Great quality jewelry and awesome packaging

Fast shipping! I ordered the Large Lion Pendant and absolutely love it! I would love it even more if the pendant was solid. The back of the pendant is hollow. I don't mind paying a bit more for the additional weight/gold. The size is perfect, but really hope it was a solid piece and not hollow.
