The team is awesome. They're always quick to respond to any queries, incredibly helpful, and consistently provide the best impartial advice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The Procurement Group works with UK businesses turning over £10m to £100m to cut their non-staff overheads. Not vaguely. Specifically, by 20 to 25% on average, tracked through to the P&L. We cover the costs most businesses are overpaying on without realising: energy, telecoms, water, waste, insurance, and facilities. These aren't sexy budget lines. But they're where the money leaks quietly, year after year, while everyone's focused on headcount. The model is no-win-no-fee. We do the analysis, find the savings, and you only pay from what we deliver and you sign off. If we don't find anything worth having, you owe us nothing. We work alongside your finance team or FD, not instead of them. Most clients don't have the time or the buying data to get the best deals in these categories. We do. We've aggregated the spend and the benchmarks across dozens of businesses, so we know what good looks like and we know when a supplier is taking advantage. A Cost Certainty meeting takes 17 minutes-book one here zbooking.eu/sUa7u. We look at your current contracts, benchmark your spend, and give you a straight answer on whether there's an opportunity. No pressure, no obligation. If you've used us, you'll know the process is quick, the savings are real, and the whole thing lands on the bottom line where it matters.

I have been working with The Procurment Group
I have been working with The Procurement Group for over 25 years, and throughout that time they have consistently proven to be a reliable, professional, and trustworthy partner. Their knowledge of procurement, commitment to service, and long-term approach to relationships really set them apart. It’s rare to find a company that delivers such consistent quality over so many years. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Procurement Group to anyone looking for a strong and dependable procurement partner.

TPG Review
Simon at TPG has gone above and beyond in terms of looking to re-negotiate contracts with energy suppliers, and dealing with the Ombudsman. Always happy to explain complex contract issues in layman's terms. Would highly recommend.
