Seamless experience and the best part is that unlike all other loan providers in the world, they provide no collateral plus no co-signer loan which helps to carry on with one's dream. Overall, i will rate prodigy finance 8/10 and I recommend them to anyone seeking to acquire a student loan for their studies.
Generally, the whole application process was smooth and the requirements and instructions were well understood. One area about prodigy that I commend is their customer support team, they were always available when you need them and they are never tired of answering your questions.
However, the aspect of the process I didn’t enjoy was the “matching to fund” stage, it took longer than I expected which made me a bit anxious at the time.

Every time I reached out to support, there was always someone ready to respond and attend to issues. First, the bot, and then there was very good promptness when I requested to speak with a human.
I made a mistake by not adding the referral link of my referee and the support responder advised me to cancel an ongoing application for which I had gotten a quote, to start all over. That set me back a few days.
