This platform is a complete waste of time and nothing but a data-harvesting trap. They use aggressive SEO clickbait to rank on Google by promising massive discounts or "free tiers" for hyped AI tools (like Bolt.new).Once you land on their site, they force you to create an account and hand over your personal email address just to access the dashboard. The moment you log in, reality hits: The promised deal does NOT exist. It’s not anywhere in their database. It’s an absolute ghost product.They literally lure users in with fake software perks just to inflate their registration numbers and spam you later. This is incredibly frustrating, deeply unprofessional, and a massive waste of energy for actual developers and founders. Absolutely nobody needs this garbage. Avoid at all costs!

I am writing this review after months of chasing the Product Canyon team for a resolution that never came. I won a $1,000 credit prize in their Black Friday giveaway back in November/December 2025. What should have been an exciting win turned into a frustrating months-long ordeal.

Here is a summary of how things played out:

1. Partial Delivery & Broken Codes: When I initially selected my products, multiple codes provided were either broken, assigned to the wrong account tiers, or didn't apply lifetime access properly as intended.

2. Endless Delays & Excuses: Several high-value items were repeatedly delayed, with co-founder Malindu Praboda and support constantly pushing timelines, claiming deals were removed, or promising to check and get back to me—only to completely ghost.

3. Ghosted Support: After months of patience, multiple follow-ups via email, and direct messages where I even helped them catch security loopholes in their referral system, my communications are now completely ignored.

To date, I have only received a fraction of the $1,000 value promised (roughly half of the total), leaving hundreds of dollars in requested software and alternative solutions completely unfulfilled.

Running a public giveaway to build your brand and then ghosting the winners who support you is unacceptable. Be very cautious before trusting promotions or purchasing from this platform.
