Connor O delivered my tumble dryer first thing this morning, really friendly, called 20 mins ahead which was very handy, offered to take the packaging away and just a genuinely nice person and really friendly service.

Connor arrived on time and was very polite, considerate and courteous. We were the first delivery of the day at 7am. Great service and Highly recommend.

Today I was expecting a delivery of a washing machine I had a text to say it was going to be delivered between 10am and twelve I received a call from the driver just after 11am to say he would be five minutes I instructed him as to where to access the property which he followed Ryan was a very pleasant young man and respected my property that’s why he gets 5 stars

Great service by Neil and Max. The delivery was on time, my washing machine was installed quickly and the old one removed. Very tidy and clean job, no mess with packaging, and the workers took care to put everything back that had to be moved out of the way when installing the washing machine. Very polite and good communication. Thank you.

Been waiting for a week and cancel all that and when I phoned up, they said we had a issue reloading the fridge into the van unbelievable reason unprofessional

Florin.P and Sam were excellent! They delivered our new fridge freezer from Costco and went over and beyond to get it through our narrow doors. They showed professionalism, curtesy, cleaned up all the packaging and definitely deserve this praise. Hope they get shown some recognition from their company for doing an outstanding job!

Ryan Hill delivered my new tumble dryer today. Top service from a super polite delivery driver and so helpful too. Good communication from start to delivery with a call beforehand to confirm timings.

Dan and Cory installed our washing machine and tumble dryer we had purchased from Costco. They were friendly, did everything with care and did not damage anything at the property.

For a small fee, I will recommend Product Care Group to take the hustle out of DIY.
