They took time and care whilst entering my property with the fridge freezer.

Neil D and Michael C delivered our American fridge freezer yesterday. Amazing service. Recieved a text day before confirming 2 hour time slot, then a personal phone call from Neil and Michael advising they were 40 mins away. Fridge freezer large, heavy and awkward to maneovere, but they unpacked and moved it into the relevant space with utmost care and professionalism.

Giuseppe and Quinn delivered and fitted my new dishwasher, came across some difficulties but dealt with them all. Also removed the old dishwasher and all packaging. Great service and two fantastic gentleman.

I literally have had one of the most positive experiences with a removal/delivery)install of a new washing machine by Lee G.
Lee called ahead to let me know he was on his way, made no fuss of the steep drive and tricky access, removed to old machine and fitted the new swiftly and took all the packaging. He was polite, efficient, friendly and did not make heavy weather of what was not a straight forward job. Huge thanks, would highly recommend!

Kept me informed about my delivery

Shaun Mc was very helpful and informative as to delivery time as he may have been able to deliver earlier than originally stated working it to suit me. In fact it didnt happen but I was fully informed. I was happy with this. It was delivered when it was due and he was cheerful and took care over the delivery. Excellent service to end what had been a long drawn out unnecessarily stressful time with Curry's.

I have just had my dryer delivered by a technicians called Ashley he was on time very polite and so helpful. An all round fantastic guy thank you very much

Received my cooker hob this morning. Ryan & Quinn the delivery guys were exceptionally cheerful, took great care of my hob when bringing into the house . Truly nice guys . Thank you so much highly recommend this company

Was told I would receive an hour time slot on my day of my tumble drier delivery, which I did not which is why I have dropped 1 star. Luckily I was in when it arrived. Despite this, Ashley who delivered it for me was fantastic. He was polite and went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok. As someone with a mobility disability this was extremely appreciated. He also ensured to take all the packaging with him and made sure no mess was left in my house.

Lee G came out to fix our washing machine issue and was quick, knowledgable and professional. Gave us real confidence.

Awful. They tried to deliver my dishwasher three times, each time had major damage. The first one looked like it had been in a car accident. I could only imagine that it had fell from the top of some racking onto something else as the packaging had been ripped off the side and there was a deep diagonal dent in the steel that must have taken some serious force to create. God knows why someone thought it was worth loading that for delivery, probably to make it someone else’s problem. The second we thought might be ok despite the packing being completely ripped off the bottom for some reason, but no, once removed there was another dent. Last one was similar to the first but with a dent more likely caused from a fridge falling on it in the van. The last guy hilariously said the problem was they didn’t build them strong enough. Not sure what kind of abuse he thinks a dishwasher is supposed to take, but it clearly isn’t up to whatever they are doing with them on their van. None of the items on there appeared properly secured, and one of the guys almost dropped it when manhandling it off the back of the van. The didn’t appear to have any proper equipment or mechanism on the vehicle for moving heavy bulky items like this. We gave up after this and bought our dishwasher from somewhere with a much better delivery service.

Ryan rang when he was nearby on the scheduled day, removed the old appliance in short order and installed the new one without drama or fuss. He clearly knew what he was doing. No hesitation in issuing a recommendation.

Situation: My RHCV3101 - Russell Hobbs ATLAS2 Cylinder Vacuum, which was covered by an extended warranty had just broken down.
I contacted Russell Hobbs concerning the problem and found their team to be fast, friendly and efficient. They did not in any way dispute my problem with the vacuum cleaner and immediately offered a replacement (which was dispatched promptly). The replacement vacuum even arrived before their estimated delivery date. I found dealing with them to be pleasant and hassle free.
I would also like to give special thanks to Sophie, the Customer Service Advisor who dealt with my problem. Excellent service.
