I took part in a one‑week Product Management training and had a very positive experience.
The content was clear, practical and easy to apply in my daily work.
The trainer explained the topics well and kept the sessions engaging. Overall, a helpful training that gave me new ideas and tools for my job.

Many thanks to Matthew and Paul for conducting a content-rich week-long training, which, for me as a junior PM, helped me to understand and get a much broader but also deeper overview of the PM role. After each day of this training, I already had ideas that I can implement to improve not only myself in this role, but also several processes in my company.
I recommend this training. For juniors, this will be like drinking from a fire hydrant of information. And for seniors, a great opportunity to assess the already running processes.
Bonus for access to the Toolbox - a library full of information-rich a ready-to-use templates, articles, and journals.

Participating in the Product Focus Product Management Training was really a very good invested week getting a lot of helpful information and content in the area of Product Management. Even though it was a lot of topics to cover, Matthew Vizor and Paul Inness did a great job to bring a good level of details to the participants.

Fantastic and insightful course, lead by Nicola Ripley who was full of knowledge and knowhow throughout the three days, and delivered the course in a very clear and understanding way :)

The training was very well designed over 3-days. The pace of the training, discussions, exercises, business case and recommendation of tools made the training a whole package, especially for a company like ours with physical industrial product. Anne took feedbacks every day and made sure to implement them the next day.

I attended a Product Management 3 day course hosted by Cyril and it was brilliant. I left the course with a strong understanding of concepts and areas of Product that I don't currently have involvement in.

Attended the Product Manager and Product Marketing course of Product Focus. It was very well organized and the amount and value of the available tools is outmatched. You can really see and feel that they are experienced. Would definitely recommend a course from Product Focus!

I completed the Product Focus training on product management and found it extremely valuable, even coming from a data and analytics background. The course is well structured, practical, and full of tools that help you understand customers, competitors, and your organization with a wider strategic perspective.

Paul and Anne were outstanding instructors: clear, experienced, and always able to connect concepts to real situations. The central location and welcoming space also made the learning experience very comfortable.

By reviewing each product management technics, tools, process, Product Focus training is supporting my day to day work and confirmed what I was doing since 2 years is on good tracks and help me to improve.

A good overview course for Product Managers. In an intensive (5x half days) course you cover many topics - pricing, marketing, competition analysis, business plan, etc. The course maybe lacks a bit of in-depth material, but on the other hand it gives exposure to wide range of topics. The exercises that are sprinkled throughout the lectures give a quick way to apply/try some of the strategies right away. Overall it is a very nice course for relatively-new PMs to discover the many facets of the position.

The product focus team was very helpful for me to better understand what's expected from a world class product manager, that's a great training and I can only recommend it.

Well built training package that gave tools that can actually be implemented into our daily work.

The course run over three days and came around all the aspects of Product Management.
The mix of theory and practical exercises made things come together in a effective way.
The instructor had a very good background and expertise. With a background in product management she understood the deeper challenges a product manager is facing and could use those to exemplify the tools to handle the challenges.

Interactive and engaging training, using real-life examples which enhanced the learning experience. Discussions were interesting and thought-provoking.

They made sure to end up with company specific actions developed through the new PM framing! Greatly enjoyed it.
