Its incredibly ironic that a course on product is so bad for the user
Its incredibly ironic that a course on product management, written by a leader in the field of product management, is literally the definition of poor user experience.
The customer support is non existant and terrible. Simple things like getting a copy of your certificates becomes a huge hurdle.
The course access is time limited, despite the premium price. after a year they lock your account. This includes access to your certifications.
The course itself is good and comes with some good templates for practical use. But youll lose access to those templates. Any materials the course offers to help you in your career will dissapear.
And while im saying the course is good, its on par with what youll find on udemy for about 300% cheaper.
