From the beginning Alejandra was very accommodating, understanding our will to review and accept guests while most Airbnb management companies do not want to delegate this part. The service we've received from there was above and beyond. Alejandra came to visit the flat and listened and took note of all our special requests for cleaners and for guest check-in. She brought a lot of expert advice and within just a couple of days had prepared a guest guide, added stickers where needed in the flat, and prepared the right guidance.
Communication was perfect, us being kept aware of every step, from the state of the flat after cleaning, the in-person check-in, the state of the flat after check-out.
Perfectly Group helped us write reviews and decide which Airbnb settings to chose. They were flexible with payment options and were very accommodating.
The cleaning was better than what I had ever seen before for a reasonable price.

Really happy with the service before and after cleaning. I appreciated being able to add on different extra cleaning services for the end of tenancy, e.g. balcony and external windows. The team of cleaners did an amazing job, and paid attention to all nooks and crannies. Everything that could be seen and unseen (including items inside cupboards) were spotless! I don’t think the balcony had ever been so clean - undoubtedly much cleaner than when I had moved into the rental! I have already started to recommend friends to use Perfectly R & D Services.
