Profitus platforma veikia pagal Europos Sąjungos Sutelktinio finansavimo reglamentą bei Lietuvos banko suteiktą licenciją, o projektų reitingai yra nustatomi pagal sukurtą algoritmą iš istoriškai mokių ar nemokių paskolų, todėl nei vienos paskolos reitingas negali būti pagerintas nuo nustatyto pirminio reitingo.

Informuojame, jog lėšų papildymas galimas trimis būdais. Lėšų papildymo greitis priklauso nuo Jūsų pasirinkto papildymo būdo. Papildymas kortele yra momentinis. Lėšų papildymas tiesioginiu banko pavedimu (2-asis būdas) iš Swedbank, Seb, Revolut bankų yra įskaitomas iki 30 minučių.
Jei lėšų papildymą atliekate tiesioginiu banko pavedimu, šis pavedimas užtrunka iki 2 d.d.

Please note that you can log in to your Profitus account using:
1. Two-factor authentication via SMS
2. Two-factor authentication using a mobile 2FA app
3. SMART ID
4. Mobile signature
5. Via the Profitus mobile app, where login is also possible using biometric data
As you mentioned, there is no option to log in with a photo. Therefore, it is difficult to understand what you meant. If you have any questions regarding login methods, please contact us by email: support@profitus.lt
Happy with service
Overall, it's a positive experience with good information provided on the projects. There are usually several projects available, making it easy to reinvest returns. Progress updates on delayed payments are consistently provided, which gives me confidence that active steps are being taken to recover investments. The interface could be improved, as it feels like development in that area has stalled lately.

We would like to inform you that last year we updated the investor account overview to display pending payments on a monthly basis for each account, among other features.
We have also enhanced the security of customer accounts this year; login is now available via two-factor authentication, mobile signature, or Smart ID.
Last year, we launched our mobile app.
We will also be rolling out updates in the near future.

Almost all is good, but in my experience , I think so , not all projects was properly checked by Profitus before they come to the Profitus market and till now I have a long delays, problems, bad mood ....

Please be advised that if developers fail to meet their obligations, Profitus initiates debt collection procedures and publishes all information regarding the progress of debt collection.
Please note that you should always assess the rating of the project you are financing, the project’s interest rate, and the risk category regarding the likelihood of default, as delays are more common when investing in riskier loans than when investing in higher-rated, lower interest rates, or lower-risk projects.

All good so far - app is user friendly, projects are interesting, interests - on time. The only thing that bothers me is that I have wait at least a day for the money income (both to personal account and Profitus account).

Financial institutions are required to verify their customers, so you needed to update your KYC (Know Your Customer) form.
Prisijungimas labai komplikuotas.
Nebeįmanoma prie profitus platformos prisijungti. Pas mane ten didelis portfelis yra, nu kažkokia katastrofa.
Tie nauji prisijungimai siaubingai nepatogūs, aprašymas surašytas tekstu (Vietoje to, kad būtų video), nu tiesiog baisu.
Nebuvau prisijungusi kelis mėnesius, ateinu - o čia jau perestroika visa įvykusi...

Atkreipiame dėmesį, kad komunikaciją apie naujus prisijungimo būdus - siuntėme bent keletą kartų ir visiems klientams.
SMART ID prisijungimas yra pats patogiausias būdas.
MOBILE ID - taip pat, jei turite šią paslaugą iš mobilaus ryšio operatoriaus.
Prisijungimas el. paštu su slaptažodžiu, papildomai buvo sustiprintas dviejų veiksnių autentifikavimu SMS žinute arba 2FA mobilia programėle.
Sustiprinome savo klientų duomenų saugumą ir tai yra stiprus žingsnis pirmyn, o ne neigiama dalis, kaip minite.
