I had an orphaned account with progressier that was set up by a former business partner of mine. Their customer support found the orphaned account, cancelled it, and issued an appropriate refund within 12 hours.

This demonstrates to me that Progressier has integrity as an organization. I’ve seen too many tech companies hold on to unearned revenue at the point of cancellation. Progressier has earned my trust in using them for future projects.

I’m so impressed with Progressier and the customer service too. It’s incredibly easy to use, and once setup requires very little attention, and if there’s ever any question I have, the support has been second to none.
