Item ordered and returned
I ordered an item, and after it was ordered, I found an item locally at a cheaper price I requested to cancel my order because I had no need for it now and the gentleman agreed on but upon investigation, he realized it was shipped earlier than expected. He told me to contact them back once I receive it, and I can return. The day I received the items I requested a return they asked for pictures which I sent them pictures of the box sealed, and then me opening the box which included two smaller boxes I opened the top box, sent them pictures and never even opened the second box. They provided me with an RMA number, and I shipped back the return. I received an email telling me they were denying my return item was scratched and looked like it attempted to be installed. I had no use for the item. I tried canceling it before it shipped, because I already had what I needed installed on my vehicle. The pictures they provided me so no sign of anything that they are saying. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and I am fighting for a refund at this point it is just complete nonsense and when I tried to call the customer service number they do not give you an option to talk to a person unless you have an extension. So good luck trying to contact a person. I have sent three emails back requesting that is supervisor contact me.

The order was processed through on the following Monday, 9/4 when we opened for the week. The order was processed the same day and tracking was sent to you the following day on 9/5. The parts were delivered via FedEx on Wednesday 9/6. All shipments are covered under warranty and insurance in case they are damaged, lost, or incomplete. However, we never received notification from you that it never arrived. If this is the case, please ensure to contact us and our team will work to help resolve the issue. These guys are reliable and fast…
I purchased a brake kit from their website and it was delivered super fast. When it got here I noticed one of my rotors was on back order but I never saw anything stating this when I bought the kit. I emailed customer service and within 30 minutes I got a reply to verify I was missing a rotor and only 15 minutes after I sent the pictures showing I was missing a rotor I received an email saying that the rotor is already on its way to me. Yes, this shouldn’t have happened in the first place but what company can you think of that replies and fixes an issue same day, same hour even? These guys are amazing and I definitely recommend them to anyone.

Please do note that these are entry level coilovers, which do not offer damper adjustability, but offers camber plates and are mostly designed to be much stiffer for better handling and aggressive looks. Without damper adjustability, the ride is very stiff which is great for handling, but trades off comfort. Do also note that how a suspension feels is personal to the individual and though many of our customers enjoy it, it may not suit everyone's personal preferences. In general, coilovers with damper adjustability are highly recommended if you wish to have both a stiffer ride, but maintain some level of comfort. Again, we have sold plenty of these coilovers over the years with great results. Very disappointed
Very disappointed with the rear roof spoiler. Installed first time followed exact directions with cleaning glass and using rubbing alcohol prior to installing with the adhesive. After about a week the adhesive started to lift. Spoke to customer service and they told me maybe the 3M adhesive is faulty and to purchase the recommend new 3M tape. Reinstalled and yet again 1/4 of the spoiler is lifting off the glass to the point where I was not comfortable driving without it coming off and hitting another car. Had to take off for a second time and now I’m stuck with a part that I cannot use.

I am sorry to hear that you had some issues with the installation and use of the product. In general, the advice provided initially is accurate. It is not uncommon for slight errors or even areas not properly cleaned to cause this issue. This is why we offer a discount for replacement tape as it is the easiest solution and generally resolves the problem. However, we do also understand that other issues such as warping or manufacturer defects can exist as well. I notice that we were never told that the tape did not hold again. In these types of situations, we would handle the issue a different angle. If the item continues to cause issues, we would investigate it further and help resolve the issue with even a potential warranty replacement. If you have not contacted us regarding this, please ensure to do so. We are always here to help as best we can and will work with our customer to have a resolution. If you have not contacted us yet, I will have a rep contact you as well. We work hard to ensure our customer are happy with the product, with the service, or a resolution if unfortunately, something does not work for them. If after things are resolved you feel different about how it was handled, please consider revising your review.
