Honestly, these guys have transformed my life, it is amazing what they have done for me.
I spoke to various companies and these guys won me over with their knowledge and approachability, I would not go past them.
For me personally this is one of the best choices I have made.
You get a full personal service bespoke to your needs, the guys are a text or call away and they go the extra mile for you.
Highly recommended.

Great service, friendly, informative and extremely easy to contact. Dan has been absolutely excellent, constantly available for any questions or when more testosterone or needles etc needed. Tim was superb at showing me how and what to do. The doctor I speak to is extremely knowledgeable and helpful too. I’ve been on TRT for 3 months now and lost a considerable amount of weight, my sex drive is better than it’s been in 10 years and my general well being has increased massively - Thanks Project Alpha for changing my life! Been receiving treatment for a few months and feeling the benefits fully now. Being able to track my progress with blood results really helps and its satisfying having seen the numbers improve over time. Had a few issues early on getting over a slight needle phobia but with the help and assistance of the team I've not looked back.

Signed up for an initial 6 month contract. Had a barely 5 minute long conversation with a doctor who authorised the prescription and another 5 minute conversation when the package arrived to discuss the protocol. Was not supplied enough needles / alcohol wipes to last the 6 months, which although not expensive I believe should be part of the service you pay for. Heard nothing else from them for over 3 months until I chased to see what was happening with my follow up blood test, which was received nearly 5 months after beginning so I advised I no longer wished to continue. When eventually getting my mid-way test results I had questions which went unanswered for over a month until my exit consultation.

Despite some negative experiences in 2021, the team has made consistent efforts to rectify the situation and at present I am a happy customer.

Been ignored on a lot of emails I have sent and 6 months later been kept on the minimum dosage as on day one , was not happy and Tim from Project Alpha kept finding excuses that the doctor is on holiday or when they booked me with the doctor he never called . I wouldn't use their services again , as friendly Tim sounds over the phone the bigger the disappointment is, I have found a better clinic with much better treatment option and at a much cheaper price . It was honestly a waste of money. Thanks Tim
