The PMP bootcamp was well put together, the materials were exactly what I needed to prepare for the PMP. I took the PMP exam 6 days after completing this course and scored above target in all areas!

Buyer be AWARE, DO NOT waste your time and money on signing up for the PMP prep course, there are lots of mistakes in course resources along with practice exam and quizzes offered by PMA. I have lost trust in using their resources as a study guide for my exam.

The course did not teach 7th edition. Considering the cost of the course, this is not acceptable.

This was excellent content taught by a great instructor. Mike was an expert with the PMP material and had great examples that made it much easier to understand and relate to my work as a Project Manager. I'd highly recommend this training to anyone wanting to pursue a PMP certification.

I used PMA for my PMP course and it was fantastic. Mike Strachan was one of the most engaging and helpful instructors I've ever taken. I feel confident in my ability to pass the exam and highly recommend this if you are considering taking the exam!

my class size was 8 which gave space for a very interactive learning experience. the instructor was extremely knowledgeable and gave lots of tips and tricks for remembering the concepts.

I recommend ensuring people joining this training has a previous preparation and familiarity with the PMP documentation. As there is a lot of mention and there is different levels of understanding. It may not be as fruitful for all people.

Overall, training was okay, but some real-life use cases and avoiding putting people in the spot would be very valuable! I understand the presenter may not have real life experience but getting some would be very valuable.

Our trainer, John Sanderson, did a great job making the material relatable. There are also a lot of good resources on the PMA website to help further learn the subject matter.

Our instructor, Colleen was amazing. She covered so much material and still was able to facilitate classroom discussion. Her real-world knowledge and ability to explain new concepts in a digestible manner made the training feel less daunting!

I have already recommended PMA to multiple people, and will continue to recommend this course without any hesitation.

Unfortunately you have to take a class
To get 35 hours to sit for the PMP exam. This class, the professor “taught” tricks on how to pass a test mixed in with incredibly long tangents that had nothing to do with the material. Most of the tricks were common sense. Additionally, he mentioned tips and tricks to help on the application to not get audited. I was audited and failed after he said my descriptions were “text book perfect”. He said he would help me on them. A week goes by with no help and submit and fail another audit. Let him know and he said he would help me. No help and another failed audit for the description. This class is a racket. Nothing more than just getting the requirement and praying you aren’t audited.

The instructor was extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer questions for clarification. It was very helpful to learn the course material in a practical order rather than how it is written in the PMBOK. If you are able to take the course, do it.

The PMP bootcamp and resources that PMA made available were absolutely perfect for my PMP exam preparation. The instructor, Kandi Hall, made the class interesting and engaging through her facilitation skill and the insertion of examples.
