Extremely poor customer service. I would not spend thousands of dollars getting an business accounts or forget enterprise. When I asked for a demo, could not even get a proper human on a call, there is none apparently. Some horrid sales people just try to set me up with a demo only my proper questions and needs are not answered but some idiot pushing a shallow demo with no way to ask questions and the demonstrator had no skill to answer any detailed questions on how to use the product. If this is how they treat possible enterprise customers, I can only imagine how they treat other pay groups. Horrible for a SAAS company. And DO NOT GIVE your company email. Thats like their hook so they can spam you afterwards.

Keeps charging my account after cancelling

Extremely poor customer service. They just don't respond to questions and leave you hanging. Switching over to alternative for complete lack of support.

This company almost doesn't even exist in terms of customer service, I have sent in multiple requests to close my account, yet my card is continually being charged for a service that I had already halted and don't need. They will continue to charge your card on file !!!! UNETHICAL. Wish I saw the bad reviews before signing up with them to use for my class project.

Very good i will continue learning the platfform

I have asked two different people for a resolution and the response has been as to why the tool is setup in a certain way that prevents me from applying the changes I need. I am glad that there is knowledge as to the capabilities of the tool, but my issue has still yet to be resolved for about 2 weeks now.

if possible i would like to be able to shrink the timeline to be able fit the gantt into easy to view page when i print or print to be more customisable as other print option is not available

Very nice and practical UI.
But I still don't understand how to archive tasks.
(I can delete but I'd like to archive)

The team at ProjectManager.com is very responsive. They've worked together to ensure our new team has a great experience in transitioning our projects with success. We actually got to interact with real people, not AI or a bot!!

No back up or answers to questions. Have tried to organise training, but no one gets back to you with a time, or when they do, dont attend the meeting. The training is always outside Australian working times.

No phone support. I wish this would gave been disclosed when I purchased the trial version. Gant chart can't be shared. Software is not intuitive. Really bad product. Won't renew.

The product is easy to use and produces good output

I am just officially beginning my journey as a PM and I was searching for a program that I felt was professional and yet one which I can learn to work with easily, is versatile and affordable. Project Manager checks all of these.

On the surface, the program looks promising and well laid out for easy use and rapid interpretation of schedules. However, that’s where the ease of use ends. Data input, understanding and developing gnatt charts, importing people, and generally the overall use of the program is HORRIBLE to use. Any attempt to research or look for instruction is met with little to zero information. The Microsoft application includes in XCell is more user friendly than this program. Work on user interface and educational references and you’ll have a decent project program.

The tool is easy to use and looks great

this was a life saver for our fire department remodel. we are 100% volunteer, and using project manager made it possible to keep all the contractors on schedule, and the project on budget.
