I was working on strengthening my pelvic floor muscles and I definitely used this faithfully for some time. My next session and round of tests at the urologist they could definitely tell I'd worked on it. I was a little embarrassed of the appearance and my dh picked on me but it was worth it because it helps.

Quality!
I’m impressed with quality of this product! Slim enough to keep in my home gym and probably best way to work out pelvic floor muscles. There is a lot of exercises it can be used for too. It actually comes with some exercise examples.

Makes doing kegals consistently easier.
Sure I can and have been doing k's for a while.
But this "trainer" elevates my practice to more consistent in time, intensity.
I have a routine everyday. I put the trainer in a conspicuous place to remind me and then read the newspaper while doing.
I like the vibration to keep me on track.
Sure I could possibly do without it but I like/need the structure.

Works ok, needs improvment
This works ok but I think it can be improved a lot by adding a way to add resistance. This is great for someone who doesn't work out a lot but i feel like if you exercise anyway, this is going to feel too "light" of resistance to do anything. Even for someone who doesn't work out a lot, if you use it consistently for a few weeks then it starts to be too easy to do and you have to use it for longer.
The sides are also uncomfortable to use. If you have bigger thighs, it can feel like it pinches sometimes.
