Premier Print & Promotions Ltd Reviews

Great service. Fast, very helpful, amazing quality. Will certainly be back for more and recommend to my colleagues

Amazing customer service and communication. Quick turn around time from proof to print. A great experience wit a reliable company

It was a pleasure working with Jamie who provided the highest level of personal attention to what was a relatively small order. We took delivery on time of what are competitively priced and high quality corporate branded note pads.

Jamie and his team exceeded our expectations in every way. The product was great quality, and received well within our expected time frame. Highly recommended.

Easy, and great service

We ordered a banner for a conference and it came speedily, everything about the design/printing was explained clearly and we were already happy with this service.

Due to our own fault, we noticed something we wanted to change on part of the banner in the week of the event (with two days to spare), and Nikki really went above and beyond to ensure we'd be able to get an updated banner. I'm really grateful for her help and she's a great reflection on the company

Great customer service. Quick delivery. PODs supplied without having to request. Helpful and informative.

5* service throughout. Charlie was always happy to help and just an e-mail away. All products (bags, mugs, drink bottles, torch keyrings, post-it notes) very of a very high standard. Very happy and would highly recommend.

I ordered 100 monet tumblers with printed logo to be given away at an important event. The customer service was excellent, with staff helping to update the logo by adding our new url. I was given a clear time frame for delivery, and progress updates with the order. The tumblers themselves are high quality; they look cool and feel good in the hand. Guests at the event were complimentary about them. I anticipate ordering from this company again and will happily recommend them to others.

I kept changing the order quantities, design and almost every aspect of the order but Jamie was absolutely incredible in the ordering stage and when the items arrived the quality exceeded my expectations. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone

The communication is second to none and Jamie seems to know what I am looking for before I know! Great company, great staff, fast delivery (even with a last minute change of address) and makes my job very easy. Very highly recommend.

Jamie and the Premier team have been very helpful and accommodating regarding our merchandise requirements over the last 18 months. We're very particular about the items we want to represent our brand, but they're always helpful and accommodating. They work with us to ensure we get the right product.

Great service, quality products at competitive prices and delivered in time for events! Jamie Marshall is always patient with several enquiries and responds quickly - good communication and reminders which are helpful!

We ordered our calendars really late and didn't expect to receive them before Christmas.
Amazingly they arrived end of November !!
