Promotionalproductsworld Reviews

Amar Arjan was first class in getting order sorted and keeping me fully informed as to progress.
Certainly recommend this company

I can only highly recommend Ethan Fahy who was my point of contact throughout our decision making about the products we wanted to use for our event. Nothing was too much - and we did change planning a lot throughout - Ethan was there the whole way and his knowledge but also his patient attitude, when we yet again changed something, was absolutely perfect. He gave the right advice on products and the printing process and I felt we were in very safe hands. I now know that whatever our planning team comes up with for next year, Ethan Fahy from The Branded Company will be the one we are going to work with again. Thank you.

Amazing service from start to finish , would highly recommend. Ethan was amazing, so helpful and nothing was too much trouble

Definitely recommend this company, and Ethan in particular

Their customer relations are absolutely first class,
nothing was too much trouble for them and the person
handling my order, Sam Lane, went above and beyond.
The quality of the merchandise is excellent and the “turn
around” and delivery time was exceptionally quick. I
couldn’t recommend this company highly enough

Dylan was very helpful when ordering/designing our key rings. Prompt & friendly on the phone, nothing too much trouble. Our delivery was as promised. Great product & wrapped individually. I haven't got a photo to hand but would definitely recommend this company.

Needed a small but relatively complex order at very short notice (48hrs). Dylan Patel did a great job of finding a solution that could meet the deadline and got it to me within 24hrs confirming the order. Really efficient and a huge help. Well done!

Dylan helped us to place an order for tote bags and was super quick with responses + sent us pictures for reference as we didn't have time to order a sample. He was patient and quick to reply + the final product was exactly what we wanted. Thank you for all your help!

Ethan is helpful, has a great product knowledge and delivers on time every time. Quality is spot on, nothing too much trouble. I would recommend without hesitation.

Working with Ethan Fahy has been fantastic!

Over the past six months I've asked him for lots of last-minute branding favours, and he's risen to the occasion every single time. He's super helpful, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile.
