Great job!
The proofing was excellent, high quality and speedy. I provided my institution's referencing guide and they used it to ensure I didn't get tripped up. I was stunned at the speed of the turnaround. The re-wording was mostly good, and the editor was clearly not used to writing in a psychoanalytical style, but that wasn't a big problem. Overall, a great job!

It's quite efficient, and the author is specifically informed and advised if there is any uncertainty. The author will also receive a response the first time he or she needs it.
