Finance proposals were submitted to three Finance Companies and I opted to accept Propensio's finance offer. I did so as Propensio were the only group who had the courtesy to contact me directly by phone. ALL STAFF were courteous, customer focussed, answered my questions, provided a very detailed breakdown of the costings. Emma was a key contact and was very professional and courteous throughout as a company representative

The fact that I got the loan which I honestly thought I would not get the communications were extremely easy and very efficient and it made my dream come true have a caravan on park which I've always wanted, thank you so much and thank you very much for making my dream, come true. And the payments were fantastic
And the customer service lady rose who rang me because I forgot to ring you was very professional and polite

Tracy was helpful, respectful and polite, she explained everything without being patronising or overbearing. The whole process was simple and straightforward, I would be happy to to use Propensio again.
