A really good experience with Guru and Ali. Delivering an excellent end result, hitting the anticipated rent they suggested at the start and end valuation figure for our BRR project. I would certainly recommend them for property investment projects.
We recieved an exceptional service from properties by Guru from the start to finish. The support and attention to detail for every step of the way was amazing. We put our 100% trust in to the company especially Guru who assured about everything when we spoke forthe first time on the phone to even until after the sale was completed. They found us the property that was well within our budget and sale was completed we within the time-frame that was set from the start. The advice and the solutions that were suggested to any of the issues for a quick resolution were commendable and we are so glad that we made that decision to go ahead.
We would recommend properties by Guru 100% to anyone who is looking to invest and not sure where to start from as we had no idea about property investment. Both Guru and Ali are available 24/7 for any questions and guiding and signposting to their exceptional team of other professionals needed to complete the journey hassle free.
A huge thank you to properties by Guru.
Great experience with the team. Very professional and willing to get to know you as the client. Very organised and clear in their processes. Knowledgable in the areas of purchase/management which has equated to trusting the process.

Guru and Ali have been doing great job. They have helped me like big brothers across my investment journey till now. One of the best in the game.
The best thing about working with Properties by Guru is that Guru and Ali are all-round great humans who care about real relationships, and pride themselves on providing a fantastic service. We recently worked with them for the first time - our partnership was easy and efficient, they couldn’t have been more reliable from the project’s beginning through to its end. We look forward to more projects together.
My father and I invested together on our first property with Properties by Guru, and our experience has been exciting, positive and inspiring.
From the start, Guru and the team took the time to build a genuine rapport with us, answering questions and explaining the process. As a first-time investor myself, I particularly appreciated this.
Trust and transparency are incredibly important to us and we felt confident in Guru and the team from the outset. Communication and clarity have been excellent throughout.
We were impressed with how proactive and tireless the team were while we were considering different deals, and also after we had secured our first property. They tailored the service around our preferences, listened to our feedback and consistently approached challenges with a solution-focussed attitude.
The support they provided made everything considerably less stressful for us. We were kept involved throughout the refurbishment with regular communication, photos and videos. Watching the transformation take place was incredibly exciting.
Travelling up North and meeting Ali in person was another highlight. Ali was generous with his time, and shared his knowledge and insights with us. The team’s vision, initiative, passion and leadership is genuinely inspiring.
We’re happy with the transformation of our property. I’m excited to see where this first investment takes us and to continue building our portfolio with Properties by Guru in future.
I would absolutely recommend Properties by Guru to investors looking for a team who communicate clearly and genuinely support you throughout the process.

I highly recommend Properties by Guru, (Gurasees), who has been incredibly helpful throughout my property investment journey.
He helped me with my first investment property, and we are now working together on my second one. Gurasees is always proactive, keeps me updated on developments, and is incredibly responsive whenever I have questions. He replies to emails swiftly and always makes sure nothing is overlooked.
What I appreciate most is that he takes care of all the difficult and time-consuming parts of the process, making the whole investment journey much easier and less stressful for me.
His professionalism, knowledge, communication and commitment have given me great confidence in investing in property. I’m very happy to continue working with him and would highly recommend Properties by Guru to anyone looking to invest in property.
Properties by Guru made what could have been a complicated investment journey completely stress-free from start to finish. They sourced a great property for me up north, guided me through the refinancing and refurbishment process, then helped me refinance again once the work was complete — and they've managed the property smoothly ever since. What really stood out was their communication: someone was always on hand to answer my questions and keep me updated at every stage. Their expertise across sourcing, financing, and renovation clearly comes from real experience, and having one team handle the entire process end to end made everything so much easier. I was so pleased with the results that I'm already undertaking my next project with them. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to invest with confidence.
Guru has been a massive help with my property journey. I’ve also seen a lot of the behind-the-scenes work that goes into his BRRR projects, from the refurbs to the numbers and everything in between, and the work he does is genuinely great.
He’s always happy to give advice, share his experience and help point me in the right direction. Really knowledgeable about property and someone I’d definitely recommend working with!
Working with Guru has been an absolute game changer in my property investment journey! They are not just professionals; they are a powerhouse team that makes everything feel seamless and exciting. From the very start, they equipped me with the essential knowledge needed to invest in properties that perfectly match my needs.
Their expertise in property sourcing and project management made life so much easier for me, especially since I juggle a full-time job. With their help, I didn't have to worry about endless viewings; they provided all the vital details and kept me continuously updated on the project.
If you're looking for a sourcer or company to manage a refurbishment project, look no further. 🌟
The guys supported me throughout the entire process - from finding the property, to purchasing it and managing the refurbishment.
Everything was handled professionally and smoothly and the final value of the property is exactly what they initially promised. It’s been a great experience from start to finish and I’m very happy with the result.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable company to help with property investment.
