Update: Another day has passed, and the reservation has still not been reimbursed for the misrepresented property. Both Reham and I have followed up with Julia, but she has not responded.

Their sales team is strong, but management team is not worth paying a penny. Not reactive. Takes ages to take action even for urgent matters. Their network of contractors are way expensive than average and I suspect they have high margins. Despite paying for management, I decided to take things in hand and deal directly with tenants whenever there was an issue. When I had to replace the fridge, I could buy it myself 40% cheaper than their contractors quote. Moreover, if you ever use them, watch the finances. Their finance team is no better than the management team, and in my case, they made systematic mistakes in basic calculations. Overall very bad experience !!!

The estate agent didn't turn up for viewing, didn't answer the phone either. Very poor service and very bad experience.

Awful experience with PropertyLoop and agent Rai Raihan. The flat was promised to be professionally cleaned—yet it was filthy when we moved in just two hours after the previous tenants left. We had to clean it ourselves.

Rai was unhelpful and even threatening when we raised concerns. No check-in report was ever provided, and they tried to fabricate one at check-out. Now they’re unfairly withholding £950 from our deposit for existing scratches and light cleaning.

Completely unprofessional and dishonest. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid, the worst customer service! No one can be bothered to call me back or repond to emails for urgent tenancy renawals for atleast 2months. Poor service. Id have left got rid of them from doing my rent collection, if my tenants didn’t stay on after a 3 year contract with me. The accounting team are constantly making errors with invoices and payments on rent. Its just awful and no human calls you to talk any issues of tenancy renewal fees ect through.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience with PropertyLoop, specifically with their agent Rai Raihan, has been a nightmare from day one. The flat was left in a disgusting condition and we had to clean and fix it ourselves. He threatened us when we raised concerns and ignored our repeated requests for a check-in report. Now he’s withholding part of our deposit but won't engage with the deposit protection service to resolve it. It's completely unacceptable. I highly recommend avoiding PropertyLoop if you value your sanity and money.

I was looking for a studio in Camden and came across one listed by this agency. I called in and was connected with Saj, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. Since I was out of town, he arranged a virtual viewing for me, which made a huge difference. The application process was smooth and all done online. I had some trouble getting references from my last landlord, but the system they use managed to verify things another way. Honestly, I’m impressed—Saj made what’s usually a stressful experience feel simple and efficient.

I’ve been working with Ruhel Ali from PropertyLoop throughout the transition of my properties, and so far, the experience has been exceptional. Initially, I faced some issues and delays with another company, which left me feeling anxious and uncertain about the next steps. Since Property Loop took over, things have been moving in the right direction. Ruhel is very proactive, incredibly responsive, and consistently keeps me updated. What continues to impress me is how smoothly he’s managed to resolve the earlier complications, making sure everything stays on track without adding any extra stress.

Ruhel genuinely goes above and beyond, offering support even outside of regular hours and demonstrating a level of professionalism and care that’s rare to find. The rest of the team at PropertyLoop are also very helpful and informative, which makes the whole process feel well-supported at every stage. Can anybody get through to a person? Or have a working phone number? All the numbers I have seem to be disconnected.
I’m an existing landlord with property loop since September 2024 and not had a problem. Rent was due on 14th but still not received it or heard anything. All the numbers I have for agents and the two landlines are disconnected or the Rightmove / Zoopla number put you through to an AI link. Made a telephone appointment through the app and no one called. Emails don’t get answered Getting quite unnerved with the radio silence. No updates online either.

I found a property I like and tried to connect with Propertyloop.co.uk to discuss further.
The robot gave me a number... invalid
I took a number from Google search not valid.
2nd attempt got connected and informed there was a fault.
Number on property search site not valid....
Im now not pursuing this company, reviews are terrible and if I cant speak with someone now, how will it be if i managed to actually rent a place with them. I hope the landlord figures it out quick.

Booked a viewing through the website, you will just talk to a bot. I received an email confirming my viewing for 2pm. I arrived at the property at 2pm, nobody showed up. The help desk number is not manned, and the mobile number they gave in the email is switched off. Wasted my time!!

I cant say enough that I would not reccomend this company. I have been letting out property for 20 years and by far the worst agents and I will come out of this 24 th contract as soon as i can

having taken over 4k in fees I was told in March that I WOULD RECIEVE THE FULL RENT. ONLY IN MARCH THEY HAVE DEDUCTED A FURTHER 115.00 COUPLED WITH THE THREAT THAT THEY WANT TO SUE ME! I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY

Agent says in April I will now recieve full rent . !!!!!! they make me feel physically sick
