Claire went out of her way to communicate quickly and clearly about my options for selling my studio flat. Whilst the company couldn’t quite offer the price I needed, I could not have asked for a more friendly and helpful service from Claire. She talked through how auction would work and made that more possible in my mind. Her info helped me make the best decision I could, and gave me confidence in what I was doing, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend property solvers if you are starting in the journey for selling and not sure what information you need. My experience with property Solvers could not have been better. From the advice given and being kept updated all the way through. Excellent
Ruban at Property Solvers could not have been more helpful about my problem property. It was easy to have a clear and professional conversation in which I was told exactly how the company work and the processes that are taken when selling your property.
Ruban collected all relevant legal documents and forwarded them to the companies legal team.
Unfortunately my property was not one that could be acquired by the company (which I was expecting) but Ruban spent a fair amount of time explaining to me about the processes I could take to move my situation on. I was really impressed with the time and knowledge shared and would not hesitate to recommend people towards this company.

Worked with these guys and definitely recommend them. If you don't want cash sale at a lower price they have other options where you can get more money but you'll have to wait longer - nowhere near what you'll have to wait for with an estate agent though.
