This is an extremely comprehensive and detailed course that is so helpful not just on being a property consultant but many parts eg. advertising, anti money laundering to name but a few would be helpful within many businesses.

I highly recommend Arden and Chris’s training. I did their online Buy to Let and Property Entrepreneurship training and the quality and professionalism surpassed that of all the other courses I’ve been on. Their useful, practical advice is well presented and clearly explained and the quality of the additional training materials is excellent. Both Chris and Arden are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and go the extra mile to ensure everyone gets what they need out of the course and also to ensure that participants have access to the training materials and videos for as long as they need them. I’m still putting all my learnings into practice and very much appreciate being able to go back and re-watch videos about specific aspects of the course as I build my knowledge and confidence. I’d have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their courses to others.

Chris and Arden give you practical, no-nonsense, tell you how it is training. They have walked the walk and continue to do so which means their information is bang up to date. They deliver their training in a clear and well paced manner. The amount of info they give you is amazing with all the supporting documents well laid out. I have attended their Buy to Let and sourcing training. And they are great guys as well!

We've followed Chris and Arden from the fantastic BTL training in January 2023 through Asset Academy and then joined their Property to Pounds February Challenge, another level of excellent tips and advice that gets you out of your comfort zone and taking action. I then joined Propertysq2 through Wealth Labs and really value what Chis and Arden are offering with the complimentary Wealth Creation Course and regular webinars with varied topics that are all equally valuable. In particular, the recent webinar on using sourcing companies with their host Gordon from Alliance Property group which we have followed up on and assessing deals in Glasgow currently which we hope will get us started with our first 2 BTL properties.

Completed BTL and Entrepreneurship Course with Chris and Arden as part of our Asset Academy training. The trainers were very knowledgeable and keen to pass on their wealth of experience to help us students.
The course was well structured, with huge amounts of relevant and up-to-date information. The course supported us in taking the first step onto the property ladder. We now have three BTL properties and have flipped two properties to top up our income - all based on the information imparted during the course. Thoroughly recommend the course and the trainers!

Chris and Arden are so lovely and supporting as coaches! The training and insight into the property market they have provided us with is so helpful, with their many years of experience between them learning from them has been a joy. The training itself is easy to follow and broken down into chunks that are easy to manage alongside a busy daily life and job. We've made big steps we wouldn't have otherwise made towards creating financial freedom and its been massively helped with their teaching and support. Would highly recommend!

I have attended buy to let course. The content was excellent, second to none. I felt encouraged and inspired to carry on with my property journey. I felt all aspects of buy to let was carried including company set up znd taxation.
