PropertyValues.us.org Reviews

It gave me all the information I needed for the car I want to purchase. All for only $1, great deal !!!

recordaccount.com is much better than carfax. it was so easy to use and the history report provided to me was accurate and a great value

The first thing you notice is the price. Then it's all you get ,everything you need to make an informed choice on a new vehicle The site takes thru all the questions you may have thought of yourself and then it comes up with a whole load of things you didn't think of. Car dealers are an unscrupulous, bunch. They are not your friend I have never meet one who wouldn't sell you a wreck if he needed to make a sale. THIS ONE EXCELLENT TOOL TO HAVE ON YOUR SIDE WHEN YOU STEP ON THE LOT AND A GREAT HELP WHEN YOU GO TO "THE SALES MANAGER " To come uo with a fair price

Very precise information about our vehicle and its history. Had all I wanted to know and even some things I didn't need to know. Over all the information was correct and up to date. Will use this site if I need it again and will recommend to all my friends.
Keep up the great job !! Thanks RJV2

One dollar... for piece of mind?.. a no-brainer !! For that one measly dollar I now know for certain that the vehicle I considered purchasing would be on the up and up!!.. Let's face it, buying pre-owned is not what it was decades ago. Back then, you took a man for his word and it was gospel. Today, that is not always the case. It seems the almighty dollar has recently caused many a tongue to twist and turn into a plethora of fabrications and half-truths. Thank goodness for this report which only costs a measly little dollar.
Buying pre-owned? You owe it to yourself to have peace of mind!! Invest one dollar and sleep well at night knowing you have made your purchasing decision based on printed fact, not twisted tongue!!

I bought a Jeep Commander from a local car dealership without asking for the vehicle history. BIG MISTAKE HUGE!!! Don't make the mistake I made. We have had nothing but problems since buying the Jeep and I have only had it for a few months. Car History told me everything I needed to know. Thank you so much will go to you first before buying my next vehicle.

Carfax is way overpriced at $30. This web site has it right at a much lower cost. The info is the same as Carfax, just in a different format.

I found this easy to use, just enter the vin# and continue. Information was well formatted for easy viewing and contains all the info you may need in researching a vehicle's history.

I would recommend this site to anyone researching a car that they are thinking about purchasing. We found a truck that was just too good of a deal to be true. I found this website and started my search process thinking, "Here we go, this has got to be some kind of a scam because these days everything seems to be!" However, they give you exactly what they promised...plus more. After reading the information in the report, we are very confident about purchasing this vehicle. Thank you for putting this leery customer and web browser's mind at ease.

I used CarHistory.us.org today and gained some valuable information on car I am condsidering buying. Great information with extras I did not expect for a much lower price than another website.

I really appreciated your help with my history report - looking for a reliable car for my daughter who will be travelling back and for to grad school - about 1 hour minimum one way. She liked the car BUT, BEING HER DAD, I wanted to fully review the history BEYOND what the owner told them about the car. the report was thorough and extremely quick. thank you for offering this!!!

I just bought a 2004 BMW today and put in the VIN number hoping to find no problems. This report was very thorough and after reading through all of it, I found that there were no problems reported. This report is much more thorough than Carfax or the other auto history report. I am very happy with the results.

Found a really great site for checking the history on a used van I bought, It gives every detail you could ever want for the history on the van such as was it ever in a accident or was it ever in a flood or did it have the vin number messed with. This site really does cover all the aspects one could ever want to know about a vehicle their about to buy. I recommend to anyone out there looking to buy a used vehicle just use this site you will never regret it.

I used this service because it was recommended on the KBB website. That made me feel confident that I wouldn't get ripped-off. I was glad I did as it showed no issues related to the vehicle I was interested in purchasing.

Site was quick and cheap, I have no way to verify all of the data, but I'm happy with the service at this time. I'll be back the next time I've car shopping!

Very easy to navigate the site. Glad to see lots of info on the area of the home I might buy, like crime, hazardous spills, cell towers!! All for just $1.00!!

I was interested in how much a certain home sold for. I used to live there and was curious. I found this site that only charges $1.00 for one report! Very please that there was not "catch 22", such as a yearly fee if I don't cancel within a certain time frame. I will tell more folks about this site. Very user friendly, much better than Zillow. One drawback, did not see how much it actually sold for, but that ok.

Sincerely,
Lelia Russell

This site provides a lot of useful information and could be very useful to many people. Unfortunately, it didn't help very much because the house was built in 1925. I did find the estimated selling price, property taxes and insurance. Also, I found out the structure's dimensions.

I happened upon this site and love it. I gave me all the information that I was looking for. I may upgrade to premium at some point but for $1 I got lots of info.
