Very fast delivery but I was disappointed in the quality of the product. Seems very flimsy. I hope it lasts!

Very cheap quality. Definitely NOT worth the price. Product used in ads of higher quality than what you get.
Lesson learned!

I gave a 4 instead of a 5 because I ended up ordering two, when I thought I only ordered one.

They are very good at letting you know where the packge is, BUT it said I had received the good and have not I am waiting on reply from them

The updates were timely and informative. Product is lower quality than expected. After just a few minutes it loses it's shape and does not fully rebound. Do not think this will last long. Too bad, it was a good idea

Pretty quick delivery with it coming from France. I'm pleased with my order and excited that I have them in plenty of time to gift them for Christmas!

I still have not received my item or a response to customer service

Good video. Great idea but the magnets are not as strong as they appear in the video.
Shipping time was over a month. Tarrif cost drove the price up.
They shipped these mz
Agnets to Spain and then to the US.
I coild have bought them from Home Depot for a few pennies more and got them immediately, but i probably would not have because the magnets are much weaker than they are in the video

Great hat. Wonderful style. Response time was good. Next time I hope to get a hat with more purple 💜 in it.

The tweezers are great. I didn’t know it came with three different types of tweezers. They are good quality tweezers too.

Exceeded expectations

J’ai passé une commande pour un montant de 58,54 $. Le produit n’a jamais été livré. Le transporteur local UniUni a indiqué une adresse invalide et un retour du colis à l’entrepôt. Le vendeur a ensuite confirmé par écrit que le colis ne pouvait pas être récupéré.

Malgré cela, l’entreprise refuse de me rembourser intégralement. Elle m’a d’abord proposé de payer de nouveaux frais pour recevoir à nouveau le produit, puis a proposé un remboursement diminué des frais d’expédition et de la perte du produit, alors même que je n’ai jamais reçu l’article payé.

Je considère cette façon de faire comme inacceptable et profondément malhonnête. Un client ne devrait pas avoir à payer pour un produit jamais reçu ni assumer la perte d’un colis que le vendeur reconnaît lui-même comme irrécupérable.

J’ai donc engagé une contestation auprès de l’émetteur de ma carte de crédit et je signalerai cette situation aux organismes compétents, dont l’Office de la protection du consommateur du Québec.

Je déconseille fortement d’acheter auprès de cette entreprise.

I ordered the Professional Quality Tweezer set that was advertised on Instagram. The order took a long time to arrive, but I was updates along the way. The wait was NOT worth it. The products are not cut with precision and are so rough on the edges that they damage one's skin. I have tried to return them as I'm not happy with the quality of the product and Propostion emailed me back saying that THEY deem the quality fine and offered me US$3 to go away basically. Horrible business ethic, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Too many notifications so how do I remove these?

Even though it took some time to receive these tweezers they were well worth the wait.
