- Flawless and on time delivery – bookkeeping has been flawless and on time, month after month. We wrap up accounts for the month within a week of us providing data to them. I understand they have a 3-level review, from an accountant, an account manager and then a partner review.

- Highly qualified professional as our Account Manager PoC – a Chartered accountant/CPA equivalent as a dedicated account manager from day 1. Not the run of the mill accountant. I believe this is their secret sauce to deliver high quality output, and business value.

- Valuable business inputs – They have repeatedly provided value beyond bookkeeping services, by highlighting key business metrics. Example variances in SKU wise profitability reports, variance on supply chain metrics e.g. warehouse cost a percentage of sale that increased abnormally, which made us relook at our supply chain expenses

- Played a crucial role in our brand exit – We had numerous questions during financial diligence. All answered within a matter of hours by the team. We received much praise from our buyer, on how organized we were on our responses, and how quick we would turn around. They played a critical part in getting our deal through

- A notch above other firms – we’ve tried use other less expensive firms in the US, but disappointed with the quality of output. Prosperlytics is marginally more expensive than others, but their accuracy of bookkeeping and the business value they generated paid for itself many times over.
