I ordered two of the Organic Castor Oils and was disappointed that, while you advertised they came with a rose quartz roller, both of mine have a two piece plastic ball roller. It even says on the labels “With Rose Quartz Roller”. What gives??

Would have been nice to know what the transportation timing would be. Took way longer than expected. Tracking is nice but very explanitary.
As for the glasses... I'm not impressed at all. I should have known.

I ordered two organic roll on castor oils. One bottle will not roll to extract the oil!

First of all they over charged me, then when I let them know they did credit me the overage.
Secondly it took very long to receive
Third it came and it's very cheap. No instructions, terrible product

The delivery took 1 mo th to get here. When the balm arrived, it was melted, soft, and stuck in the other half of the tube.

I love the swim suit. Nice material and true to size.

The charged me $15 dollars more than on receipt and the product they sent me was not what was described. Total scam beware...

I ordered 3 flower bird feeders $64 and I didnt even get instructions on how to assemble. I think each one is missing a piece that helps keep together. So now my husband will have to make up something to fix

I would rate zero if I could. Ordered something and never received, I emailed customer service and they sent me different tracking number, none of which are actual tracking numbers.

If I could rate a zero I would. I ordered in November for Christmas gifts. Four Crystal candles. I got them third week of January. Although the customer service department was very responsive, they were not able to provide better information regarding tracking. At one point, they told me they were going to resend the order because they could not find the first one. By the way, the first order never showed up, which leads me to believe they never shipped it. I would not order from this company again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered two candles in October as Christmas presents. Tracking said it was coming from Milan, Italy but after a month, progress on shipping stopped. I complained and they said they would send me a new shipment. This time it was coming from China. Arrived yesterday and looked nothing like their ads. Cheaply made in a 3D printer and complete trash! I complained and they offered me a $4 refund despite my order costing $32! These people are scammers and crooks, DO NOT buy from them!

When order placed noticed charge higher than indicated. Attempted to verify but website did not show my order or even list the product for sale. Within 30 minutes of purchase contacted email address listed fir Cedar Ventures who charged my PayPal account $55.63. Website offers full refund for cancelation before order is shipped. Did not receive a response for several days- then was informed they showed no order for me. Protective Method sent email confirmation but was not name I recognized as billing was under Cedar Ventures. Tracking information given to PayPal never populated with shipping info. Finally recognized Protected Method was giving shipping information on product I ordered. When I checked details of order with Protective Method my total for order charged to PayPal was shown as $42.79 ( I was charged $55.63!) Tracking gave confusing information showing shipment coming from Ireland, then later originating from China. Shipping date 3 days after my order and cancelation request. Website indicates full refund if cancelled before shipped- but they refused/stalled at responding. Item arrival window given as Dec 14 to 20. Finally arrived Jan 10- tracking on package received showed it shipped from CA location Jan 7.

Finally, product not as pictured-poor quality and not quality shown in ad. Adding shows a semi hloss mettaluc sheen on a fully saturated rich color for the option I ordered and every other option. I received dill faded blurry matte finished magnets of lower quality printing than available from my hone printer or any print shop for promotional free magnets given away by businesses everywhere. Listed in ad as "Premium" "High Quality"

I am the ACTUAL simmer pot maker. My name is Cely and my company is Celstars. I am in WA state. You can only get my product on celstars dot com, tiktok shop at celstarsshop or my etsy celstars dot etsy dot com. These people steal videos and photos of viral product and place them on a FB or IG ad and link to their scam site to purchase. Some people will get the product, in the case of simmer pots, they are NOT my product. I wouldn't boil them on the stove as you have no idea what is in them! It could be toxic or dangerous. If you see a video of my simmer pot packs coming from someone that is not CelStars, please REPORT. Do a chargeback on your card or paypal. And file an FTC report. They cannot get taken down unless scammed customers REPORT!!!

I also ordered the simmer packs on December 16. I was sucked in by the video showing a homemaker in her kitchen opening a beautiful ribbon-tied box, with simmer packs made from fresh ingredients. I was lead to believe these were made and shipped in the US. So I ordered 7 packs; assuming they would arrive by Christmas.
Then I saw my purchase receipt; there was a $12.96 sales tax attached. My state does not have sales tax. To their credit, I emailed them and told them I shouldn't have a sales tax attached. They/Paypal did refund that charge back to me. Super! So I waited patiently for my order. When I finally got a tracking email, it showed it was waiting Customs clearing in Spain! Huh? Had I known my order was going to take a trip around the world, I would never have ordered! I finally received my order on Jan. 07. I guess I am a lucky one who received their order. However, I will never order from this company again! They are very misleading!

If there was a more negative review system, I would use it. This company is the worst company I have ever ordered from. I ordered Simmer Packs to be delivered for Christmas, paid the $9.99 to expedite shipping. When I inquired as to the status, I was informed it went to Spain. The status says it’s now in the U.S. and it’s been 21 days and no delivery yet! DO NOT BUY from this company!

I would rate this negative stars if I could. I bought what was marketed as "Premium" Magnetic toolbox labels. The videos and images they showed were raised metal magnets that looked nice and sturdy. I figured for $30 a set they should be good. My order was placed on 12/6 and I received it 1/5... and these magnets are cheap and flat and not at all what was shown in the images or description. They're clearly not metal and flat printed graphics and all of the colors are off. Scam Scam Scam. Customer service first offered me $2 refund, and then a counter of $4 after I continued to email them. I told them to keep their money and that they scammed someone out of $60 during the holidays.

AWFUL company. I placed an order on 11/13/25 and still have not received it. I asked for a refund and all they keep saying is the package shipped and to let them know when it is received.
