I love the fact that if I have any questions about my policy that I can speak to someone on the end of the phone. The cost is reasonable and I’m yet to find anyone who can beat the quote yet. I would highly recommend them

Easy process and plain language. Early reminder. Insurance suited our needs.
You did offer monthly payments but it wouldn't accept my account number. I had no problem paying the whole amount. So, you might like to look at this issue.

The website was easy to follow and provided me with the insurance I need to feel secure, when providing my service to customers. I also took out extra cover for when I can’t work, which I hadn’t thought about. I’m just waiting now to receive my policy documents. The price for both policies were very reasonable.

Spoke to different people who were an absolute pleasure to talk to and answer any question I had. I also realised I did a mistake which they quickly corrected for me.
Website was very easy to navigate too and my quote was a very fair price and a lot cheaper than one company I tried. Will continue to use from now on.

This is my clubs second year with this insurance company and when I set it up last year with Simone and Mandy they were able to take me through the most appropriate Insurance for our events needs.

This year I sent and email as nothing has changed with our event and i had a quote for this years event back within hours.

I needed public liability insurance for my cleaning business and the process was incredibly easy and straightforward to apply. Protectivity is highly recommended for busy sole trader.

Easy Straight forward service ,

The insurance side of things is great - the forms are clear and easy to fill out, what insurance you get is laid out well, and the price for the one-day event insurance I sometimes needs is fantastic.

The backend of the site seems less cohesive. The one-day insurance I took out two years ago for a convention is listed, but the one-day insurance for the convention this year is not showing in my list of policies.

Aso, the "refer-a-friend" page is buried in a small link at the bottom of the site, almost like they don't want people to partake in it, and the form you need to fill out only displays on Google Chrome, which I don't like using (I use Firefox and Edge).

If they fix the backend and Refer pages I'd gladly give them a 4*.

So easy to go through the questions explanation on everything understandable to service and affordable xx
