I bought safety shoes from this seller and they turned out to be defective. You can’t walk in them properly. The seller is not responding to any of my messages regarding the complaint. I do not recommend this seller.

This company is a disgrace, sent them a email to ask where to post a pair of boots back for a refund, replied right away with the address and it wouldn’t be a problem, posted boots off to them, tracking number shows the boots delivered to them, won’t reply to any emails and no refund!

Great Company! Brought some FFP2 masks and were delivered next day, The masks were off a high quality and will be returning when I need some more.

Ordered some masks from them, which due to Covid seem to be in short supply here in Canada. After finding them locally at last, I cancelled the order with ProtectU, as they hadn't yet shipped the mask.They were very understanding and promptly gave me a full refund for the money I had sent them. Good communication and after-sale follow up.

What a list of problems I have had with them
1. ordered an in stock item and it was not delivered in April 2020.
2. because not delivered my money was returned by pay pal.
3. December 2020 the company asks where the payment is.
4. I explain the issue, it was not delivered.
5. lengthy correspondence with their finance dept who say it was delivered, but because of the pandemic were unable to prove it was delivered, but was was signed for by the delivery courier !
6. so they say its been delivered, but it was not.
7. threaten legal action to recover their money as they say the have proof it was delivered although they cant show that to me.
8. Oh and I forgot, when I was paying for this on pay pal, a process that dosent take long, they put the price up!
HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY

Do not use this company Indigo or Protectu or any other company related to this company which in itself is suspect! I ordered masks which I did not realize until I clicked pay that the price had doubled! I rang them immediately to cancel the order, they told me they couldn't but just to return masks and they would refund! I only got back half my money due to what they call postage and restocking costs! Have had numerous conversations with them and they will not return all my money so I have reported them to Trading Standards! DO NOT USE!!!!! They are scammers!

Ordered FFP2 masks. After a lengthy delay cheap non-surgical masks were sent. Salesman agreed they were not what we ordered, but then stopped communicating. Have alerted Trading Standards and made a section 75 claim through our credit card company, which refunded us. Still advertising them as FFPS when they are not. Item/protective_face_mask_ffp2_3_ply

I have the same problems with this company. I ordered masks in May. They never arrived and they charged me twice. I still can't get my money back.

I received a refund for one order they charged me for and still have not received the second order or refund for it.

Paid a whooping £8.95 + vat each for these.
Plus £4.95 + vat postage. Item ordered on 15 July and finally arrived 28 July. Postage was clearly marked on the envelope as £2.95 and sent 2nd class.
Could have been sent 1st class given the postage charge!
Lidl are selling the same masks albeit in white. Pack of 2 at £2.99!
Because the item (that was 'in stock' when ordered) took so long ended up buying the Lidl ones so that we had something to wear for the 24/7 when it became compulsory to wear face masks in shops.
Protectu failed to respond to my email asking where our purchase was.
I would not consider purchasing from this company again

I ordered surgical masks and got face coverings, the label i found inside the plastic bag containing the face masks confirmed they are non medical. I will report this to trading standards as this is

absolutely disgusting! I tried to order masks online paid and it said it the payment did not go through that again so I did it again. I’m now ££180 in debt and no masks! I’ve had to cancel the order and waiting for a refund. However, when I saw that the payment had gone through I called them that morning to cancel them and explain their website is broken...I called and called and called and called and called and called and I begged them for the money . when you only want to spend £14 On one mask, yet have to buy a box it’s very worrying then end up spending 180 Because the website wasn’t working?what does that say to you

Avoid this company especially if you’re buying masks against Covid-19. Their ECK FFP3 masks (for aerosols like Covid-19) are not fit for purpose because they are stamped with a heat marker melting numbers and letters on the mask. This makes the mask unsafe because the fabric is see through at this point and will let any aerosol including Covid-19 contaminate your airways. The masks are not a good seal to the face letting in Covid-19/aerosol, and also smell of cigarette smoke. Plus, they are incredibly over priced.

This company trades under a number of names including Indigo Industrial Supplies Ltd, in Wickford, Essex.

I agree with previous reviews and conclude that these masks are counterfeit, although they claim to be marked FFP3, EN149.2001+A1:2009, CE LC019, ISO 13485:2016, KN95 and GB2626-2006, a respiratory protection mask with medical use prohibited.

This mask is manufactured in China by Quanzhou Haoshiji Trading Co. Ltd, 46, Huixin South Road, Wan’an Street, Luojiang District, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province.

Ordered what was described as FFP2 3 Ply Dental "Surgical MEDICAL Face Masks. CE Approved and conforms to EN 149:2001+A1:2009." from a website called Face Masks International
However although the manufacturers certificate does state they comply with the above standards it also states that the masks are NON-MEDICAL.
So only 2 stars as description was misleading, but they are reasonably priced and arrived within 5 working days and hopefully do comply with EN 149:2001+A1:2009
Also their website now masquerades as Face Masks International as well as Protect u and Indigo Industrial Supplies

I ordered some FFP and KN95 masks on Sunday night and got them on Tuesday morning. I was horrified after reading the reviews. I immediately sent an email to cancel. I followed up with a call the next morning and spoke to a gentleman, who was very polite and reassuring. The products are as described. I am happy with the products and I will be buying from them again.

I ordered face masks from this company and they just didn’t dispatch them. They ignored all contacts asking when I’d receive them by email, telephone and they deleted or hid my Facebook comments. After advising I’d be sending a small claims letter before action they responded saying they’d cancelled my order and it’s now gone to a rep for refund but although it would it would be raised that day it would not be sorted out immediately. It would take 3-5 days.. They’ve still not issued the refund so the pre- action protocol letter has gone in. I’ll try chargeback but will see them in the small claims court if I have to and will also be reporting them to Trading Standards.I see other people have also experienced this ‘other department for a refund’ which then doesn’t come nonsense. I wish I’d checked these reviews before trying to purchase from this terrible company. In the end I ordered KN95 masks from Chemist-4-U. They arrived two days later. Avoid Protect U! I certainly won’t be letting this go without my money back, however far I have to take it. I’d urge others to take it further too. Companies that take your money and fail to supply the goods you’ve paid for are in breach of The Consumer Rights Act 2015 and need to be held accountable. Just as a warning, the parent company is Indigo PLC but they’re trading under other names too so always check before purchase it’s not this company.

Never received face masks after chasing up via 2 emails, 2 phone calls and also sending an on-line order chase up form. Never received a proper response from the company on any occasion. In the end I obtained a refund from my credit card company and then reported matter to Citizen's Advice Bureaux for follow-up with Essex County Council Trading Standards.
From my experience I would not recommend ordering any goods from this company.

No response from customer service or emails sent.
By far worst company I’ve ever dealt with.
Safe your money and go elsewhere.

0 Stars. No delivery and can't get through to them. Ordered a number of face masks in the hope that I could then order a larger number for my company. The original order has not arrived and I can't get through to anybody via the phone or email. Would like to get my money back but I can't see that happening now.
Please do not use this company. There are better companies out there...
