Professional and thorough. Problems with old exposed brickwork led to increased cost but the issue was handled well, including a second surveyor’s visit. Operatives Alan and Lee were courteous and thorough and I appreciated their efforts to reduce dust as much as possible. Alan took great care sheeting up before starting work and Lee spent a good deal of time clearing up before he left on the last day.

Just did a thorough professional job. They were polite, pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable about the work that was required. Cleaned up which is rare these days.

Quick reply to my initial enquiry and visit by a surveyor. Work carried out a few days later, on time and with very little mess. Can't rate them highly enough.

The work was carried out promptly. Initial survey was fully explained and a detailed schedule of work required set out. The job was completed by a friendly and competent workman. Complete satisfaction will only be known when after twelve months the plaster has fully dried and no damp is detected

Can’t fault the installer, who’s attitude and workmanship were exemplary. However, the surveyor did not access the loft in connection with the bathroom installation, which lack of information about that area caused the installer a few irritating problems. The survey was not sufficiently thorough. Otherwise, job well done !
