PRO Test Reviews

Their products and service are great in general but the absolute ripping off that's going on with not being able to combine free shipping and deals and anything aswell as the absolute ripoff if you pay with cryptocurrency If it wasn't for the products I wouldn't think twice about giving them a one star. FIX YOUR STUFF! is it BTCPay??? if it is get rid of them and use a different crypto aggregator thingie I mean this shit dosen't even accept LTC HOW RIDICIOLOUS 5 or more % surcharge on every crypto INCLUDING STABLECOINS very very dissatisfied

2 days delivery, great customer support and sweet app. I had some question on how to use the test but they helped me fast. Recommended ;D

Very usefull app and tools ! Keep us Safe and informed !

havfent got my order. contacted the shop via chat/email and contat formular. no response, the tracking said couldnt be deliverded and also said succeddfully delivered at same time. tried to contect the carriers support, no response either.

had to make a ticket at my bank to get me money back..
sadly i made this experience, would like to tested the products beacuse they look vfery vferys promessing

Amazing customer service.

Fast shipping, order arrived internationally in 4 business days.

All was good, one reagent was not working, I writed to them and they sent me a good one :)

had to become part of Fernando 'Doctor X' Caudevilla and Nuria Calzada law enforcement collaboration that they cover up with terms like harm reduction and evidence based drug policy.
never left Energy Control just killing it slowly because kykeon analytics is setup to make, money. have a really good look into them and the affiliations they have with LEAP(law enforcement action partnership) Nuria is a board member. they are informants who share information with law enforcenment and your company now encourages people to send drugs in the mail to be tested by them. 2015 wired.com interview with energy control lab tech says they work with police. European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction’s who they also provide information too has a complete law enforcement component that focuses on many but one being online drug sales, methods, routes, purity, purchase point. HARM REDUCTION MORE LIKE UNDERCOVER POLICING.

The shipment was fast and the product reacts as intended.
The informations provided with the product are useful.
I had a few questions through Signal and they answered quickly.

Very useful and high quality test kits. Also great customer service!

I had a great experience with the customer support. I got an awnswer after less then 5 minutes and everything went well.

I didn't know them at all. I order a kit and some individual tests. In my kit there were a small part missing.

I notified/reported them and they send me that piece missing. It was very profesional.

Kit and tests run quite good. But this post-sale help IS what i find more good.

The customer service is great! Helping in the choice of material and also helping in the usage. I couldn’t recommend more. Thanks for all the help.

Excellent experience and customer service.

Good items and service. Free delivery.
One reagent was spoiled after 2.5 months. And they sent me the same one. Very responsible seller. They also offered me one free reagent as an apology. I definitely recommend the company. Don't forget about your health :)

Very good, and well priced test kits. Helped me personally in Telegram chat. Very responsive.
