Ordered the Pico 4 Ultra controller grip because playing beatsaber without proper grip on the controllers can get horribly wrong. I got myself a small 3d printing farm and quickly designed a makeshift holder for the time being but of course wanted something professional. I was really disappointing when I received the grips and immediately saw that the grips are printed in TPU and that not even great like at all! I expected injection molded quality, not getting the kind of the same I quickly makeshift 3D printed myself. Pictures on the webpage show Matt surfaces and no shiny 3D printed TPU, also NOWHERE is mentioned that the holders are 3d printed! I wish I would be able to post pictures on here to show the terrible quality of the prints with overhangs looking like absolute horrendous! Prints like that I would personally throw out right away without thinking twice. Terrible layer shifts as well my god........

Ordered the wrong product, so contact customer support via email and online form. Still no reply after 4 days so I had to open a dispute with Paypal. 'No response within 2 working days? Check your spam!'. Perhabs they should check their own inbox proactively for support requests instead of blaming it on spam.

ProtubeVRs products are expensive - but they are also of high quality. But what happens if there are issues with these high quality products. Listen to my story:

Earlier this year I invested in the Provolver, which is a fun haptic gun usable for certain VR games. I bought it from at 3rd party vendor.

Later in the year I decided to buy a second one, this time directly from ProtubeVR, for getting a more balanced experience when playing with two guns in the VR game "Pistol Whip".

When I tried the two guns I immediately realized that they felt quite different to each other, which does not fly with me, especially considering the cost of the products.

I contacted ProtubeVR and after som back and forth protubeVR suggested that I send back both modules for repair/calibration. I did this (cost was covered by protube) .

After a while the modules were returned to me and to my disappointment they felt exactly the same (meaning not similar, but the same as before)

I contacted ProtubeVR again, and they offered to do a second attempt to repair the products. Again I shipped the items back (cost covered by protube) and waited for the modules to return.

When I finally got the modules after the second repair they now felt on par with each other, and the enjoyment of using them is now as it should be.

While I would have preferred the modules to have felt similar always, or second best, that at least this would be the case after the first repair attempt, I am still left with the feeling of satisfaction due to preserveance of ProtubeVR to ensure the customer was satisfied. this is a rare thing nowadays.

Sure the items a ProtubeVR are very expensive - but you do get what you pay for!
