Don't judge a business by its successes alone, but how it handles its faliures. An item was missing from my recent order and the turnaround is better than anything I could have expected from a company ten times the size.

Not only did I receive a reply the same day, I had the missing items within the next 24 hours, as soon as possible.

My experience otherwise in the many years of shopping here has been superb and without issue, but now I am confident that should even the worst happen, my issue will be received, addressed and resolved in the fastest, simplest manner possible. A true credit to the business.

This is a wonderful business. We love to support independent businesses when we can. This is one of the best. We ordered a variety of Pride merchandise for the upcoming York Pride Parade. Proud Supplies have been fantastic from start to finish. They dealt with my initial query promptly and made sure all the products were parcelled up and delivered the next day. Quality of the products is very good and they are great value. As an added bonus received Skittles and Rainbow Drops in the box. What a rainbow treat.

There was one query on the order and the owner Andrew replied immediately and got it sorted. We would not hesitate to recommend Proud Supplies. If only all companies were this good!
