Farted hard enough on the lock and it opened

Terrible company

Locks are junk, but more importantly they company it self is a complete joke. Go ahead try to leave a real review on their IG page and they will block you immediately. Most companies can take feed back, this company just blocks and then sues you in court. Great ppl in charge, rather than new designed locks they spend there time trying to silence customers!!!

Customer service was very rude and unhelpful. Upon seeing weaknesses in the lock they attacked me and an employee stalked me trying to harass me out of my public complaints. This company shouldn't be trusted even if they made the best product on earth. Do not buy from these animals.

Honestly I was severely let down. Believed all the hype and fell into their amazing advertising. Truly believed I was getting some of the best locks out there, plus they were blue! But they are some of the worst locks I've ever used, they might be perfect if you never use them on the trailer during transportation and just keep them as a tongue lock. Any little bit of road grime that gets on them and they are Incredibly difficult and or impossible to unlock. The 2 year old master lock shrouded disc locks worked in every season, winter, summer, fall, Rain, snow, salt whatever. They didn't care. These, rain locks them up. Extremely disappointed I fell into the sales pitch and spent $200 on essentially three boat anchors.

Trash company and trash product. Dont try to sue a customer when they prove how whack you are.

Still another year where a simple aluminium shim can bypass a “high end lock” keep making master lock look good guys thats a accomplishment of its own.

Proven locks? Proven to be absolute garbage.
Not to mention the people that work there for sure drink Monster Energy and go home to their wives to p.

My only recommendation is for this company to close down and not make anyone else have to deal with their shit!! Your company is only as good as your service. I was not happy with customer service for my situation. Here is the review I sent to them.

You haven’t heard from me because I’m pretty pissed off. I didn’t respond when I was mad because it wouldn’t have been nice!! When we spoke I sent you videos while we were on the phone. You told me that response is usually within 40 min. I asked you to call me back asap as I needed to get my cargo ramp open as I was on a job and needed items. You understood and told me you would. Not only did you not call but your response was hours later. That’s not acceptable. Then you told me you would ship me another piece but I was responsible for shipping. That’s pretty bad business. I’ve had these locks for less than 6 weeks and it’s already causing problems. For the price of your items I expect more from a company. What I’m going to do is toss these overpriced paperweights into the trash and get something else for this trailer and the other 4 trailers I own and will leave a review based on this experience. I am not a satisfied customer!!

Awful product awful people take your business elsewhere. Does not work and if you complain they will try and sue you instead of making something better

Absolute scam company that takes 0 accountability and tries to bully whoever exposes them.
Their locks are not safe at all and anything you try to lock with them will be stolen in a heartbeat. The only thing that will be left behind is the lock itself since thieves know that the lock is pure garbage.
Avoid this company and their products. You're better off buying a 1$Temu lock than this junk.

The worst locks on earth, and a ego thats even worse. Avoid like the plague

Update 2/5/26:
I was contacted by Iris at Proven Industries to see what could be done to make things right. They offered several alternative solutions to address my need. I appreciate that they reached out to me. I have a fairly specific use case that prevented me from accepting their alternative solutions. Given that, not being able to satisfy my need is now a decision I made rather than a failure on their part.

I am going to stay the course and wait for my product to become available again. It’s predicted to be a month or two. Again, I’m deciding to wait in light of their supplier situation, the way they handled my issue once the issue was identified, and my decision to wait based on my unique need. I’ll post another update when the product is received.

Yep, nope. Look elsewhere. They used to make good locks and lock hardware. Now, they can't even ship keys and lock cylinders. I had them cancel the order I placed with them months ago. I have kept in touch. Each time frame has been missed. I canceled the order and will be throwing all my locks and hardware away and reinvest in another platform. $2k... gone. Thanks, Proven Industries.

This company lies about their products and if you complain then they publicly shame you and sue you, even if you're just being totally honest and not even rude. Stay away from this company at all costs.

I understand that most of these reviews are in retaliation to your stupidity of suing a person who found a vulnerability in your locking mechanics.

But as an amateur lock picker myself, I had my hands on few of your products, and I can genuinely say that you guys should either stop advertising that it's "secure" in any sense, or work more on the engineering and design.

It is almost impossible to create an "unpickable" lock, the best you can do is to make it slow and hard as possible, and also learn to take criticism and bring a culture of continuous improvement among your engineers and designers. Hear the flaw, fix it and move on, repeat. That is how the best companies work, All the best guys.

PRC made locks with US made lock bodies. They sell problematic locks, prone to picking and once they were called out they invested time and money into litigation rather than improving on the products. Buy any other brand.

Update: They tried to flag my review to have it taken down as “defamatory”. If trustpilot takes down reviews because businesses don’t like them that just reflects on Trustpilot’s value. The facts remain the same: These locks are made in the PRC while being advertised as USA made.

My trailer was stolen in 7 seconds

This company is scamming customers and refuse to take accountability for their terrible products. I bought a lock for a couple hundred dollars to lock a trailer of mine up. Some dude walked up on camera and opened it with literally just a coke can. He took about 6 seconds to open a “unpickable lock” then they tried to tell me if I posted a video of how the guy got in that they would sue me? Don’t use this company ever, find a brand that has a little bit of integrity. I hope the owners never feel safe.
